Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

I had a very good experience at the accommodation. It was peaceful, relaxing, and located in the beautiful countryside—perfect for a quiet getaway.
Kuya Toto, who assisted me during my stay, was very kind and helpful. I also want to thank Ate, their kitchen lady, who prepared my meals. The food was delicious and comforting, and her warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
Overall, the place was clean, calm, and surrounded by nature. I truly appreciated the kindness of everyone there. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay!

AAl-LeviSХороший отельчик, приятный персонал, внутри уютно, чай кофе бесплатно все время, очень сильно держат чистоту, завтрак заказать можно, но после первого раза мы отказались - не совсем вкусно. Номера нормальные - постель и кровать удобные, кондиционер хорошо работает. Wifi как и везде может работать с перебоями, поэтому претензии к нему не надо писать - в целом хорошо.
Из минусов - иногда персонал между собой перекрикивается и отдыхать днём в жару сложно, ну спустись ты вниз обсудите проблему, зачем со второго этажа кричать на первый. Одна женщина на ресепшене - все время спит на рабочем месте или где то Радом с ним, и всем и все время недовольна, поэтому взять или отдать ключ от номера - Это неприятное действие, ты все время как бы ей должен и виноват ))
Сейф маленький и не прикреплён к полу или мебели - короче если кому то надо будет, взял под мышку сейф и пошёл себе его за углом вскрывать.

Breakfast is good and convenient as it saves you the trouble of searching for a place to eat at 6.30 in the morning (tours and transports usually pick you up around 7 am). They also offer the usual excursions and transport to other locations at the standard price. Good location as well, because it is close enough for you to walk to either the baywalk area, which is full of restaurants, or the local market where you can find local street food.

LLisaLPWe stayed for five nights, booking one double room and one family room. Both rooms were sufficiently furnished, and there were tables outside that we made good use of during the day. We were also offered the use of a fridge in the common area, which we really appreciated. From what I understand, only the family rooms come with water heating.
The location is very good—tucked away in a safe, lively neighbourhood and within walking distance of both NCCC Mall and SM City Puerto Princesa Mall, where there are supermarkets and plenty of food options. We were also able to walk to several places of interest in the city, including the Boardwalk, Chinatown, the Heritage Centre, and the Immaculate Conception Cathedral. There’s a laundry just across the road that charges reasonable rates.
The hosts were the best part of the stay. They were family-oriented, warm, hospitable, accommodating, and very communicative. They helped organise tours at prices better than those offered on online platforms. We had a whale of a time at Honda Bay and the Underground River—both are must-experience attractions when visiting Palawan.
Highly recommended for travellers looking for a welcoming place, great hosts, and a convenient location.

DDaveThis is a very homey accommodation that allows you to feel like a family guest instead of just some people in room 312. ”Cha” is a great hostess, making sure you are comfortable, happy and have all you need for your entire stay. And she is a great resource for all the activities going on in the city. Jonas cooks up a delicious breakfast and is always there with a smile to help you with whatever you need. The accommodation itself is cozy and familiar, as if you were staying with good friends or close family, and the location, so close to the beach, means that a beautiful sunset awaits you each and every day. I will miss this place and the people, and this will be my forever place whenever I come back to El Nido!

CCarstenNice Hotel with friendly Personal. We have a seaview room, the view is very nice… but many steps to climb. Rooms were big and clean, but you can hear the neighbor well. Breakfast was good but not many extensiv. For us the Hotel was good.

PPengguna TetamuIt was a truly pleasant stay with a variety of choices of breakfast each day, with a stunning view of the sea and hills. Lemuel is a star server, who never missed a step in service in any way. He was professional, warm, helpful, and goes the extra mile to check in that we are fine whenever he can. He looked out for all guests no matter how busy it got, and helped with taking photos for the crowds too. While some other staff may have been blur, his presence and service made everything exceptional. He even shared with us that the sunset view from the hotel should not be missed, and it was good we were back in time one of the days to enjoy the view from the hotel. Great stay.

ИИгорь КанчерПерсонал дружелюбный, еда вкусная. В номере есть кондиционер но охлаждает он только на максимальных оборотах и шумит как трактор. Вентилятор в одном из номеров не работал. Пляж мелкий, но если отойти чуть левее то становится нормальным. Доступны туры. Цены в отеле более чем приемлемые. Прекрасная зона для отдыха на пляже. Вайфай как и в большинстве мест слабый, но в номерах его, в принципе, хватает.
