The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. It's also great that it's less than a 10-minute walk to the tourist attractions. We arrived early and were able to check in, which was a huge plus. There's a microwave in the common area. Parking is right next to the hotel and cost €20 for 24 hours.

Absolutely amazing hotel with mountains of history within its walls. Contemporary yet classy rooms, very good breakfast, great location, fantastic and helpful staff.

The location was near, it was just about 5 minutes walk away from the old town. The room itself is clean and large, there was also a bathtub. My friend and I were super satisfied with the room as well as the service provided by the hotel.

The interior design of the room is very comfortable and the space is sufficient. The only thing is that the vending machine attached to the hotel is broken and there is no notice. The soundproofing of the room is also not good enough.

The staff are incredibly friendly. It's a hotel with a family atmosphere. You feel well cared for, and you always receive a genuine, warm smile in the reception area. The people here are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the city of Innsbruck, with convenient transportation and complete facilities around it. The hotel rooms are larger than other hotels of the same price, and this hotel has a very good sense of design. I will consider staying here next time I have the chance.

Steal money! Stop it! The two families put their money in a safe and the other in their suitcases. The two families drove to Salzburg by themselves. When they woke up in the morning and prepared to take cash, my family found a paper bag containing cash in the suitcase. The 500 euros were gone, so I quickly asked my friend's house. He immediately opened the small bag that he had put in the safe the day before yesterday. When he opened the small bag, he found that more than 400 euros were gone. Then he thought about it carefully and determined that this store was from the front desk to the waiter, all the way up and down. It's definitely a black shop. Fortunately, I didn't lose my life in Innsbruck, a border town deep in the mountains.
