Very soft poor pillows with no kettle in the room nothing at all poor breakfast 15€ parking no one to help with the bags

請去因斯布魯克的遊客們避雷這家酒店，當初看這家酒店裝潢新選的這家，結果進房間打開馬桶看到圖片這一幕，住過那麼多酒店從來沒遇到過馬桶沒打掃乾淨的，前台給的答覆是保潔下班了，她們作為前台不負責打掃，衹能換了一間樓層低的屋子。給了我經理聯繫我方式讓我自己去投訴。酒店的解決辦法令人非常無語。完全配不上三星級酒店！

差評！差評！訂了房間，到店確查不到單子，凌晨一點還要查到單子才能住。最後沒住，攜程還要提供證據，遲遲不退款，酒店和攜程一個德性，互相踢皮球。垃圾

Posizione lontana dal centro, ma raggiungibile a piedi con una ventina di minuti. Personale cordiale e gentile. Ottima la pulizia.

房間卫生觉得稍微差一點，其它都不错

Apart from a great view on the rooftop, little to like at hotel. While rooms were clean, hotel facilities look very dated and lack simple functional things like a kettle. We’re told they didn’t provide one and if you require hot water, need to head to breakfast area. The dining area strictly doesn’t even provide water until it opens. The lifts were also slow in operating. Very inflexible of staff and means of operating.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. We spent 2 weeks travelling across Austria and this stay was by far our worst. We booked months in advance and had requested a cot on the booking form for our baby. On checking in, I asked the receptionist if there was a cot in the room, and was told “no”. I explained that it was on the booking and she said it wasn’t, however they would still provide one. I subsequently checked our booking and the request was there. To be honest, everything went downhill from here. It’s started with ******* and then there were real issues. We were given a room on the 7th floor and quickly found that: - There was no cot; - Previous guests’ rubbish, including food waste, had been left in a cupboard; - There were no pillow cases on the pillows at all; and - The carpet was very dirty. My husband went to reception to ask for the rubbish to be removed and for pillow cases. He was told that there was no housekeeping on site and that we couldn’t be provided with pillowcases, as she didn’t know where they were. Instead we were moved from the 7th floor to a room on the 9th floor. Initially the room seemed slightly better, but we later discovered that: - The mini bar fridge was not working so we couldn’t keep baby food etc cool; - There was no hand soap; - There were not enough towels for the 3 of us and the towels that we did have were all small hand towel size only; - The carpet was spoiled and dirty; - The bed sheets were stained with brown marks; - There were still no pillowcases, instead just large duvet sheets wrapped around the pillows; - Pillows were completely flat; - The aircon didn’t function properly. I woke up at midnight as the room was so incredibly hot even though it was set to 18 degrees. The control unit was making strange electrical sounds and wouldn’t come back on unless it was set to 30 degrees! We then had to sleep with the window open instead with a ridiculous amount of road noise. Additionally: - The bar isn’t open on Monday / Tuesday. The Starbucks coffee machine was also not working. So, we couldn’t get any refreshments; - There is no kettle or drink making facility in the room and the mini bar is empty; - The on-site parking is 15 euros per night, which is a little extreme, and poor instructions were given about accessing it; and - The are no staff around at all. My husband was informed by reception that she was the only person working and it was apparent she was doing all the jobs. This was at 3.30pm in the afternoon and remained the same into the evening. The only saving grace was breakfast, which had a good variety of items available. That said, there was no one checking names/room numbers, table seating was a free for all and there was lots of bread, but no toaster. In summary, I would 100% not recommend staying here .

We arrived exhausted, after booking on the Hilton worldwide booking number. Sven told us that the hotel was in the centre. It wasn't. First impression, the hotel looks awful. Went to the room.....was dirty, smelt bad.....like stale smoke. TV didn't work. The rooms are really horrible...definately NOT HILTON STANDARD!! PLEASE dont stay here....we stayed for one hour and the nice girls at reception helped us to book another hotel. However, we'vebeen charged for two nights even though we didn't stay!! And I've just spent an hour and a half on the telephone to Hilton to try and get our money back!! Also, at reception......a few angry customers were also complaining about the rooms....which have no ventilation!! If you want a very basic hotel, this may be okay. But the price doesn't indicate that. It's more like a Youth hostel. Not a Hilton!!
