We've stayed in Seefeld for many years but this was the first time staying in this hotel, although we have used the pool facilities on previous stays. We arrived by train which is a 5 min walk from the hotel, but they insisted on sending a car to collect us and help with our luggage. This was above and beyond great customer service!! The welcome we received from the staff on reception was exceptional. It was apparent that they wanted to make every effort to ensure we had a good stay. Welcome drink was offered on arrival. We booked half board and the food was wonderful every night. Good choice for mains and drinks included which was a real bonus. The free afternoon cake was delicious (pay for drinks) and was enough to keep you going until dinner time. Breakfast was great too with all the usual offerings in an Austrian hotel. We had the same table everyday for breakfast and dinner and the waitress who was on every morning and evening for the whole week we stayed, was very pleasant and attentive. She looked after us really well. We used the whirlpool everyday and the new quiet lounge in the pool area was lovely to chill out in. The hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the town. Overall this hotel offers great value for money. Can't recommend it enough. We've booked to come back in summer 2024. More

This was the second time we spent a week at this classic Tyrolean family-owned hotel that gave us such a warm welcome during our first visit in 2016. After our first stay it was clear that if we ever come back to Seefeld we'll return to Central Hotel. The hotel has a very good location close to the town centre where it is easy to go the cafes, shops, summer concerts and the bus/railway station. The rooms are modern and stylish with a cosy Tyrolean touch – and it was always nice to return to the well-cleaned room after a long day spent outdoors hiking or cycling. This time we stayed in bigger double room on the top floor and had very nice views to the mountains from the panorama window. We found the size of the hotel to be perfect: not too big nor too small. I'd recommend booking half-board: the 4-course dinner is a real treat and suits well vegetarians as well which was an important criterium for us. There is variety in dishes and the desserts deserve a special mention. The waitstaff are true professionals with a sense of humour (our greetings to Nedo!). In our opinion the best thing about this hotel is the warm and at the same time very professional atmosphere the owners Angelika & Hans and the hotel staff succeed to create: you can really sense that they want to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The staff at the reception are friendly, attentive and always willing to help – they provided us with useful information and tips about bus & train timetables, bike rental, cycling routes, etc. We met the owners several times during the week and it was always nice to have a chat with them. We got the impression that a lot of the hotel guests keep coming back to this hotel. We especially want to thank the hotel manager Hans and Petra at the reception who helped us catch the Flixbus to Munich on the last day of our holiday week – we would have been in trouble without your quick reactions! This was our eighth visit to the Alpenpark Hotel in the past 19 years. Since first going on 2005 to this latest trip the quality, service, accommodation was and is still excellent. Our restaurant server, Kristina was both charming and responsive. She sorted all our request and we missed her on her days off ! Asia in the Sports Bar continues to be a great host and runs that facility brilliantly. We did not spend much time with Manfred in the main bar, but as ever his service is also excellent. I would 100% recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone. From the front desk staff to the room service people, the entire hotel is outstanding. We can't wait to come back again soon.

My son was not well. N the receptionists did all they can to call us doctors . My son is good now. Thank God The reception. Are Just simply amazing. We stayed from 19 to 20 May. I m still here but I can’t wait write a good review Because my son was not well. He can’t do the 5 courses dinner. I went down to grab a quick dinner. I told the manger n waitress. They are so kind. N allowed me to bring bread n soup up. I ended up with good toasted bread. They offered. How nice of them. Now back to hotel itself. The tea break was lovely. The dinner wonderful I had my own dinner. My hubby n I took turn to eat as our son not well. But really nice food n service. We are 100% coming back here again Oh the pool. The indoor n outdoor. It’s wonderful. My son enjoyed himself Welcome drinks offered. Hotel rooms old style but the toilets n many things are obviously renovated Shower is great bed is great There’s nothing I don’t like I travel a fair bit around Europe. Just returned from having my daughters wedding at this hotel and cannot praise the owners enough , they helped to make this special time even more wonderfull than we could have imagined. There were 15 in our party ages ranging from 22 - 73 and all the rooms we were allocated were lovely especially the ones with balconies and of course the Bridal suite , which on the wedding night they filled with roses and rose petals were strewn around a very romantic touch. The hotel itself is in an ideal position about 10 mins walk to the town which I must say is like something out of a fairy tale. Gabby and her daughter Christina treated us like family and arranged everything for us from the photographer to the sleigh trip to the Rathaus and even the florist,they also filmed the wedding reception and gave us a cd of photographs they had taken from various times of the day, nothing was too much trouble and we have all decided to return for the 1st anniversary next year.It really was a most memorable weeks stay.

I really like this hotel. First its location: with the skibus to Schlick around the corner and the regional bus ( 50 min drive) to Stubai Gletscher at a 3min walk and a grocery shop closeby. The hotel reception, bar and restaurant look very stylish. The staff is correct and helpful. The rooms are tidy and spacious enough (mine was 22m² which is enough when traveling solo). The food is more than you might expect in this price category. The wellness area is super although I want to mention it is spread over two locations connected via a tunnel. But the pools and sauna's are just perfect. Tke ski room has ski boot dryers. The hotel shuttle can pick you up from the airport, takes about 20 minutes. Finding your way in the undergound of the hotel can be a bit of a challenge.
