Well located in the old town. A 10 minute walk from the main train station. Reasonably priced. Close to many restaurants and interesting sites. Luggage storage available. We did not have breakfast there. Darius, at the front desk, was superb. Very helpful, offering suggestions about hikes, bike trips and sites. He is dedicated to customers. I hope the hotel realizes his value. The room was older but adequate. The doors in the shower didn't close so there was some water on the floor. No AC but that is typical of many hotels in Austria and Germany and they provided a fan. Free eBikes were great. The paths along the river, on both sides, offered great views and enabled us to ride for hours. I would definitely stay there again.

Very impressed with our stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, great restaurant, superb location right at the centre of the old town. Would definitely stay here again next time in Innsbruck.

The hotel was lovely. It was cleaned every day . Reception staff were very friendly and so were the cleaners. They even gave us a discounted bus ticket pass. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It was in a great location , a 3 minute walk to the train station and bus stops. It was a 5 minute walk to the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants . It’s about a 10 minute walk to the old town and golden roof. There’s also a cable car about 12 minute walk from the hotel and you can get on there to go to the zoo or to see Hungerburg. Really recommend this hotel.

Our attic room on the top floor was tiny, with low ceilings. Oddly, the bathroom was about the same size as the bedroom. So, a tiny room for a budget price; what you expect. But what did lift the experience was the service. The staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and thought of everything. The customer service was better than I have experienced in hotels that are twice the price.

Perjalanan ke Hotel Penz ini mengejutkan saya. Lokasinya lebih senang daripada hotel veteran lain di tepi sungai yang saya tempah. Perlu setengah jam untuk berjalan-jalan di sekitar kawasan pemandangan yang terkenal. Di sebelah bawah adalah pusat membeli-belah dan makanan Thai yang lazat. Bilik-biliknya juga menawarkan pemandangan gunung. Sorot restoran taman di tingkat atas di tingkat 5 dengan pemandangan yang luar biasa. Sarapannya kaya dengan pelbagai dan lazat! Terdapat juga lumpia Cina dan zucchini goreng. Daging, makanan laut, pencuci mulut, jus, buah-buahan, keju mempunyai banyak jenis yang dibahagi dalam setiap kategori, dan mereka lazat. Mengesyorkan secara khusus semua jenis kimchi gaya Eropah, terutama tuna yang dibungkus dengan tomato kecil, dan keju lembut yang dibungkus dengan lada acar. Kombinasi rasa yang luar biasa, anda mesti mencubanya jika anda mempunyai citarasa antarabangsa!

If you are looking for a great hotel offering excellent value for money right in the heart of Innsbruck look no further. The location is perfect with the hotel being right on the main square of the town and all major sites no more than a 15 minute leisurely walk away. It is a new hotel and the decor and furnishings are of high quality. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and speak a wide variety of languages. They will go out of their way to assist with any requests. The breakfast is fantastic, particularly with wide variety of fresh fruits and yoghurts. It is great value for money.

We had even to the Innsbruck hotel 3 years ago when major works were being carried out at the hotel .After recently going back to the hotel I have found it has become better .Our room was perfect breakfast was perfect and the staff very helpful nothing was to much for them .The bar teams were very good and would always serve bar snacks.The reception team were brilliant.They gave us advice ro the places we might like to visit.I will be recommending to all my friends and family .Summery. The Alphotel Innsbruck is probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at! But we had no choice since we were on a tour package and this was the hotel that Gate1 chose for our itinerary. We weren't the only tour members who did not have a good stay at this hotel. Our tour group had a long day and we were scheduled to arrive late so we were all pretty tired when we arrived. Unfortunately the room we were assigned to didn't even look or feel exceptionally clean and I'm surprised I didn't take photos of the room! Comparing posted photos of the rooms on TA our room looked much older and didn't even have a real chair, but only one of those small round ottomans. And that ottoman was dirty and stained, so we didn't want to sit on that! The bedspread had that ”ick” factor, so we removed it but at least the sheets were clean. Carpet looked grungy so we made sure to wear our slippers and not walk barefoot on it. Regret not taking pictures of the room now. We've stayed at hotels with older or ”tired” decor but they were at least neat and clean, but not at this hotel! Now the ”fun” part was our bathroom door. I was getting ready to take a shower and went into the bathroom, but wanted to use my own soap and toiletries, so I went out of the bathroom and my husband (who was standing in front of the bathroom, looking at the closet or something right across from the bathroom) shut the opaque glass bathroom door. I went back to the bathroom and tried to open the door and it was locked! It was one of those simple privacy type locks where there's usually a pinhole that you can usually press and it'll pop open. Unfortunately, there was no pinhole but a screw so I tried twisting the screw but the door remained locked. Husband tried but it kept turning and he didn't have any tools so he called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up. The maintenance guy looked at the door and tried twisting the screw with the same results and said he needed to go get his tools. He returned with his small toolbox and tried several screwdrivers, with no luck. Then he tried using a small drill to remove the screw and still couldn't get the door unlocked. Meanwhile, we were sitting on the bed and watching tv since there was nothing else we could do. I texted our friends who were also traveling in the tour group and assigned to the room right next door to let them know what was happening. And to apologize to them for the loud racket, as the maintenance guy went and got his large power drill and was basically removing the entire door knob and panel. So the guy had to destroy the whole door knob panel because the door lock screw or nut inside the panel was probably stripped and couldn't unlock or open the door; so if I was on the other side of the door I would have been stuck in the bathroom! Other hotel guests across the hall were opening their doors to find out what the loud racket and noises and disturbance was. This whole problem took the poor m

Das Hotel hat eine exzellente Lage in Innsbruck. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Nahverkehr gut zu erreichen. Das personal am Empfang ist super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Kritikesch ist jedoch der Frühstücksbereich und das Servicepersonal dort. Am Sonntag eine Stunde vor Ende des Frühstückbuffets war gähnende Leere angesagt. Es fehlte nicht nur das Servicepersonal, es fehlten auch Lebensmittel. Es war kein Brot mehr da, kein Toast, nur noch 3 Semmeln, es war kein Plundergebäck da oder Croissants. Es gab kein Gemüse wie Gurken, Paprika etc. Es gab nur noch eine Marmelade und Honig und abgepackte Nutella. Der Rest der Marmelade war leer. Eierspeisen und Co waren vorhanden, aber kalt. Obendrein war das Servicepersonal vom Frühstück maulig und unfreundlich. Die jungen Damen stritten sich hörbar im offenen Küchenbereich und schimpften uber die Gäste. Wünsche der Gäste nach Brot, Käse etc wurden nur mit „haben wir nicht, ist aus“ abgetan. Der unangebracht unangenehme Tonfall und die Unfähigkeit negatives Feedback der Kunden anzunehmen, machten die Atmosphäre sehr unangenehm. Insgesamt kann man das Frühstück für ein 4* Hotel, mit durchaus stattlichen Zimmerpreisen, nur mit ungenügend bewerten. Die Dusche am Zimmer musste auch reklamiert werden, da der Duschkopf stark verkalkt war und fast kein Wasser heraus kam. Der Austausch durch den Hausmeister klappte dafür gut. Lediglich der Schlauch war zu kurz, um die Wandhalterung nutzen zu können. Ergo musste man in der Dachschräge von Hand duschen. Das Hotelzimmer Nr. 503 war dafür wunderschön und angemessen geräumig fur ein Deluxezimmer. Mit kleinem Balkon (sehr nice) auf die Rückseite gelegen und mit wunderbaren Blick auf die Nordkette.

We had a great time at Kapeller. We stayed for four nights and had two rooms and all four of us really liked the place. The rooms are spacious by European standards. Our room had a sofa on which we could relax after an tiring day. Every room has a folder with information about nearby restaurants and food options around the hotel which was a nice touch. The restaurants nearby are numerous and serve great food. Apart from the spacious rooms, the bathrooms were clean and fragrant, the only hitch being that the heated towel rack didn’t seem to work in our bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely great, the spread was good and the DIY egg boiler was an interesting thing! The hotel is located within a five minute walk from the tram station which was super convenient. In fact it was so good that in spite of having a car we preferred to take the tram which took us to the city centre in ten minutes. They also gave all four of us free tram passes which we were absolutely delighted with. The location of the hotel also gives it some gorgeous views depending on which side the room faces. A special mention to the friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant which made our stay very comfortable. The lady who checked us in was especially very sweet. We had a great time and would love to go back.
