Ia betul-betul di Stesen Interlaken West, kira-kira enam meter dari Platform 1. Bunyi kereta api tidak begitu kuat pada waktu malam, dan terdapat pintu masuk terus, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk menaiki kereta api. Kereta api ke Stesen Timur hanya mengambil masa beberapa minit. Hotel ini agak baru, dan biliknya kecil, serupa dengan hotel seperti Four Seasons dan Atour di China. Tiada peti sejuk, tetapi dengan hanya lebih 4,000 yuan semalam, saya tidak mengapa. Pekan ini meriah dan mudah untuk menjamu selera dan membeli-belah. Terdapat pelbagai pilihan restoran Cina, walaupun saya rasa ia lebih mahal daripada restoran Barat. Saya mengesyorkan buku jari babi; ia besar.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, anda boleh turun dari kereta api dan sampai ke hotel dalam masa 10 saat sahaja. ^^ Bilik bersih dan dalam keadaan baik. Sarapan paginya sangat baik, dan terdapat banyak kedai cenderamata, kedai serbaneka dan restoran berdekatan, menjadikannya mudah untuk bersiar-siar. Anda boleh menaiki bas dan kereta api ke Stesen Dong betul-betul di sebelah hotel. Kakitangannya ramah, dan makanan di restoran di tingkat pertama adalah lazat. ^^ Satu-satunya kelemahan kecil ialah tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik, tetapi ia adalah hotel yang hebat yang saya anggap sebagai kelemahan kecil.

We had a great stay in the Junior Suite, which was very suitable for three people. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but the mattress quality was still comfortable. We especially loved the mountain view from the rooms and could even enjoy the sunset right from our window or balcony without needing to go anywhere. We would also recommend trying their breakfast — it offers a wide variety of choices, including Asian options like rice and sauces. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a room we would recommend.

Great Value & Perfect Base for Interlaken – Hotel Essential by DORITStayed at Hotel Essential by DORIT, it was exactly what we needed for exploring Interlaken.Location: 10/10. You’re 3 min walk from Interlaken West station and right by Lake Thun. Super easy to catch trains to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, or hop on a boat cruise. Tons of restaurants, Coop, and cafés within a 5 min walk. You can’t beat it for convenience.Room: Clean, modern, and smartly designed. We had a Double Room and it made great use of space — comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a surprisingly good shower with strong water pressure. Not huge, but perfect for travelers who are out all day. The views of the mountains from upper floors are a bonus.Cleanliness: Spotless. Housekeeping did a great job daily, and the whole property feels fresh and new. Breakfast: Simple but quality. Good coffee, fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit. The breakfast room is small but cozy, with big windows. For the price, it’s more than fair. Service: Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly + efficient. They gave solid tips for hikes and printed our train tickets when we asked. The self-check-in kiosk is also handy if you arrive late.Vibe: Minimalist Swiss design with a boutique feel. No pool or spa, but that’s not why you stay here — you’re here to be out in the Jungfrau region all day. The common lounge area is great for planning routes or chilling with a coffee.Minor notes: Walls are a bit thin — we could hear doors closing at night. Also no elevator, so pack light if you’re on a higher floor. Street parking is limited, but the hotel helped us sort a public lot nearby.Overall: For the location, cleanliness, and price point, Hotel Essential by DORIT is hard to beat in Interlaken. It’s unpretentious, modern, and lets you spend your money on experiences instead of the room. Would definitely stay again.Rating: 4.5/5 Perfect for: Couples, solo travelers, or anyone using Interlaken as a base for day trips.

Just right to the Migros and Interlaken West station, good location. Breakfast choices can be better.. For the cleanliness of individual room’s toilet, need to be enhanced.

Location was great, directly exit from hotel and you will reach interlaken west station. There is migros, coop around with a road across. The bad thing is there is no fridge in the room, the nearest laundry service (wash and go) is 8 mins walk away. Overall we have a good stay here.

I normally don’t post negative reviews but for me personally, this is objectively the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. EVER. First of all the pictures listed on ctrip for the essential room all show pictures with views of the lake. In reality there is no view except the rooms of other hotel guests. And a pebble courtyard. Perhaps the false advertising bureau should get involved. And this is something that I see other travelers have commented on. By the way, the hotel will post a reply saying that some rooms have views and some don’t. Don’t believe them. Secondly, the bedding, pillow and duvet are all made of very itchy, cheap synthetic materials, presumably to save on washing and ironing costs. I have never encountered such a material used for bedding and it was very difficult to fall asleep and I woke up every night itching and with a rash. It as such a horrible 3 nights and I do not wish it on anyone. The breakfast spread was of very very low quality generic ingredients and made me long for the breakfast at my previous hotel. Also, there were several large tour groups when we were there which made the breakfast area chaotic, noisy and loud. Upon check in there was long strands of hair all over the bathroom basin and toilet. There is also old spiderwebs with dead spiders in the shower room. It was in a very visible space so it reflects on how much the cleaning crew cares about their jobs. On the second day, we went out at 7 in the morning and had the “please clean room” placed on the door. But upon returning at 4pm the room was still untouched. This left us with a very uncomfortable feeling. We ended up not having the room cleaned for that day. Despite the newness, convenient location to the train station and the acceptable price of the rooms, it’s really not worth staying at this hotel. And if you still decide to stay here, don’t get your hopes up. This is more of a hotel suited to large tour groups. There are lots of negative reviews of this hotel on trip.com as well as other platforms. There are many other options available. I urge other potential travelers to read them and just simply stay away from this hotel.

Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. Overall, a very good stay — convenient and reliable base for exploring the area. Thank you for the hospitality
