Ulasan Hotel Crystal Interlaken

The receptionist explained in perfect English and very friendly us. The room was bigger than our expectations. Breakfast choice will be good to have more hot food. In overall, we are satisfied with the stay and worth for the money.

Friendly staffs especially the lady serving breakfast and coffee, great location, big and clean room, upgraded our 2 single room to a 2 double room, really nice gesture. I had to leave 6am for a day trip to Jungfraujoch and was given a packed breakfast, really really appreciated the good effort. Keep it up !

Rooms arrangement is confusing

Fantastic stay with great view at such a discounted price! Also close to Interlaken West station! Great service rendered by the staff especially for the breakfast :) Strongly recommended!

The only reason this hotel is working is because of its location. It looks so terrible from outside. It's facilities are extremely poor. Breakfast is bad. The hotel is so dated. It needs a full refresh. They don't provide irons too. Really disappointed. No AC as well. They provide 1 small fan which wasn't enough.

The location is a little bit far but it’d be fine with approx 5 minutes walk. You can also take the bus with a travel pass or the receptionist will also offer a free travel card for customers who stayed. The service is good.

Location is great. Room is clean , ladies at front desk are nice,, HOWEVER, it seems that the lady who serves coffee at breakfast does not want to serve people who are not from the western countries, she only ask to take drink order from other people even they come later, and this happened to quite a few people… what a bummer of the nice stay, or even the whole trip :(

如果有負分，我絕不會給0分。 早餐非常非常簡單且量少且7點才開餐。早餐生黃瓜片是腐爛變質的！敢想象麼！服務員老阿姨連一句道歉都沒有，火速端走，生怕留下把柄。 私人小老闆弄的家庭作坊小客棧，非常簡陋！但要求你不能把洗澡水弄地上，不然要扣按金200歐。站在浴缸裏用浴簾拉着，都什麼年代了還這樣操作！洗澡時骯臟的浴簾不停往身上貼，又冰又噁心，簡直太痛苦了！我自己蹲地上擦半天，就怕查房時被判定有水要罰款。 客棧離出鎮的匝道口就50米左右，基本就是小鎮子最遠的客棧了。當時誤拍了不可退的單人床房，想着衹是帶小童入住，到時辦個加床就行。沒想到check in時，灰眼珠女人跟我咆哮（沒錯，是咆哮）説要付雙倍房費（RMB2500一晚，我需要住2晚），不能升房補差價，沒有商量餘地。我真的活了幾十年，頭一次看到店員説話要吃人的樣子，瞪着灰眼珠子，手不停在空中揮舞，大聲呵斥你，甚至不給你説話機會，你一開口，她就懟回去。我帶着病孩子，拖着兩個行李，傍晚8點，手機幾乎沒電，餓着肚子…哎！噩夢！我甚至被嚇的不敢住這裏，後來帶着孩子在外一邊遊蕩一邊找攜程商量。 （攜程不是這家代理，攜程好像是某個代理的代理）。最終，因我在攜程的2個賬户都是鉑金級別，給我一些補貼，我衹能硬着頭皮入住。不住，2500已付房費也不給退，還要另找住處。正宗黑店！噁心！憋屈！

因特拉肯風光旖旎，這家酒店開業時間長，設施比較老，但是意外地有種居家感，酒店服務人員禮貌熱情，願意聊一些小鎮的歷史，介紹周邊的美景，推薦入住。另外酒店的鑰匙使用方式很有意思，附在圖片上。

房間設備齊全而且佈置十分驚喜，即整潔又浪漫，玫瑰花瓣撒滿床單和枕頭，連衞生間都佈置得與人不同。酒店前台非常熱情，想客人所想，儘可能的提供方便。酒店離車站很近，交通方便，去兩湖或少女峯都很方便。值得推薦。

整體不錯，很方便 西站下來右手邊直走就能到 早餐也很好 服務很好 價位也很有性價比

พนักงานช่วยเหลือ แนะนำสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวดี ที่นอนห้องพักสะอาด ทำความสะอาดให้ทุกวัน wifi แรงมาก อาหารเช้าอร่อย โรงแรมมีน้ำให้กรอกดื่มก่อนเดินทาง ห้องกว้างดีมาก เดินไม่ไกลจากสถานี interlaken west ประทับใจพนักงานต้อนรับมากๆ ดีที่สุด และคิดว่าถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีก อาหารอร่อยจริงๆนะ

前台態度超級好！很熱情！而且離interlaken west超級近，大概走三分鐘到了。房間也挺大的，和朋友定的雙床房沒想到給整了個情侶房，裝飾的很可愛～就是早餐太簡單了，純正白人飯，中國胃不太適應。
