It was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Krakow Central Station. The hotel staff were also wonderful, making for a very satisfying stay!

This hotel is super conveniently located, just about 400 meters, a few minutes' walk, from Interlaken West train station and the Lake Thun ferry terminal. There are bars, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, which is great. When you check in, the front desk gives you a free bus pass. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. There's a lounge on the ground floor with a microwave and utensils for guests, and coffee and hot water are available 24/7 for free. The owner is a kind, warm, and funny old gentleman. If you're coming to Interlaken, definitely choose this hotel – you'll be happy you did!

The room and bathroom are small but comfortable and still acceptable. No slipper or toothbrush provided that may cause inconvenience but luckily we brought along with it after highlighted by friend. Be prepared for same type of breakfast dishes, 3 days for us. We noticed the  shower head was damaged but was replaced quickly except cracked mirror after it was brought to the staff attention.

Room was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!

The hotel overall is a nice place. Just few minutes walk to the Interlaken West station. The staff and servers are accommodating. There is nearby drug store, coop and Chinese restaurant. My stay are very comfortable and I feel safe all the time. Highly recommended.

Switzerland was the most surprising stop on my trip, and this hotel was no exception. **Cleanliness:** Extremely clean!!! It felt spotless, and while you could tell it's an older building, it was just wonderful. **Environment:** It's less than an 8-minute walk from Interlaken West Station, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. My room even had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. **Facilities:** There's a fridge in the common area, and my room had a small skylight where you could even see the stars. **Service:** The lady at the front desk explained everything clearly and in detail.

Price wise is ok, few minutes from interlaken west, the hotel super friendly, room is nice, coffee is free, recomended

Extremely Friendly staff. You can genuinely feel their passion and will to help. The bed is quite comfortable with normal pillows and blankets you find at home. Closer to Interlaken west station so remember to walk from there. The east station could be accessed from the road along the river, but it’s gonna take 25-30 minutes. Overall a great stay. Recommend it

The hotel is very close to Interlaken West Station, which made transportation very convenient. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The owner was also very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Switzerland next time. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Interlaken!

Excellent! The owner is very kind, and breakfast is provided. Coffee is also readily available. It's very close to West Station. For late-night hunger, it's convenient to bring back supermarket items and heat them up in the microwave.

Everything was perfect. The best hotel I stayed in Switzerland. When I come back to Interlaken, I will stay there again.

Very close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

The staff is very friendly and nice. The room is comfortable to be in.
