Hotel berhampiran Whiskyness, Interlaken

My pre-requisite for booking any Interlaken hotel for our stay was a minimum 4 star, sauna and a double bed. I love saunas and for me after my daily exercise program a hot sauna is perfect to relax! Your reception staff were excellent on arrival. When I enquired about the sauna, she explained that as long as I notify reception, I can request a sauna at any time. On day one I had a fabulous 86-degree sauna at 7.30am, it was great to have a “proper” heater and not the infra-red heater that are so common nowadays and to relax afterwards in your solarium area. The only comment was the glass door is a real struggle to close and requires attention. On day 2, at around 5.30pm I went to reception to request a 6.30 am sauna the following morning, the male receptionist was attending to a customer. Whilst I was happy to wait , one of his colleagues , the porter asked if he could help me. I explained that I wished to have a sauna the following morning at 6.30 .. He said he would ensure a message was left for the sauna to be ready for me. At 6.30 the following morning I proceeded to the sauna and wellness area to find a cold sauna. The ”double bed” in 101 is shocking- It is 2 single beds pushed together with a double sheet over the top of the two singles. There was a huge depression between the two beds . The bed looks like a roller coaster ! So much for a double bed to snuggle up to my wife in bed ☹ Breakfast overall was very good. The selection is amazing , the fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice, and much more ..it did have the wow factor however the bacon and sausage were sat in a pool of fat or oil. (Many of the better hotels tend to put a few slices of bread under the bacon and sausage to soak the excess fat or oil up.) 10/10 for the fabulous Christmas decorations ! I do make a point of reviewing any place that delivers exceptional customer service as much as those that disappoint.

The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities ”Pure Herbs” was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken. The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate. However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high ”quality of life”

Wir sind zutiefst beeindruck - die Liebenswürdigkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter – das ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Die neuen, mit viel Liebe gestalteten Zimmer und Räume, die Details im ganzen Hause, die Blumenpracht – einzigartig. Küche und Service waren excellent. Wir wünschen dem ganzen Team viele glückliche Gäste. Wir kommen wieder!

Our stay here when traveling from the U.S. was perfect. We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was breathtaking. The location can’t be beat, with stunning views of Jungfrau, right in the heart of the main entertainment area, and walkable with luggage to either rail station. (Interlaken West a better walk because there was construction to and from Ost) the staff were friendly and attentive to every detail from check-in to check out. Just a flawless experience at a lovely, clean, well appointed hotel.

We stay here for 4 nights with a group of friends. It is not far from Interlaken West station (lee than 10 minutes walk) It has nice room, comfy bed but a little soft and fluffly pillow. The location is quite good, near supermarket and restaurants. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. It provide a lot of amenities with 2 bottles of mineral water everyday. Also have common room for guest's leisure and have some snacks.

Nice hotel because it had a great location ! So easy to find and near interlaken west station. If you take bus from interlaken ost station, it only takes me 5 minutes get to the hotel. At the same time, supermarket coop, Migrolino and tourist information centre also takes 1-2mins can be arrived. Many restaurants and souvenirs shops nearby. Staffs are nice and talkative 😃 Room is clean and big enough to open two luggage at the same time. Electric kettle was provided. The minor thing is that there is no view outside the window. And the other thing is no toothpaste or toothbrush will be provided. I would recommend for the people who are in budget or with big luggage.

Hotel ini mungkin tidak berdekatan dengan stesen kereta api berbanding hotel lain Ia mengambil masa kira-kira sepuluh minit untuk berjalan Tetapi kemudahan semua tersedia dan sikap perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik Yang penting sarapan sedap hahaha Dan ia terasa sangat hangat saya tidak tahu mengapa (mungkin kerana terlalu sejuk di luar) Jika anda menempah aktiviti paragliding, anda bertuah kerana ia sangat dekat dengan pejabat paragliding mereka, tidak lebih dari tiga minit berjalan kaki.

Our 1st impression of Hotel Krebs was great! Reception was warm & explained in detail the hotel policies. Our room gives us a feel as though we are living in the lap of luxury! The perfect blend of size & style, we are amazed with their spaciousness & exquisite decor. They provide bedroom slippers provided, toothbrush, shaver & cream, cotton pad, safe, hair dryer, etc. These advanced amenities definitely make our stay nothing short of perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much! The location of the hotel was awesome. It's just a few minutes walk to the Interlaken West Station. There's also many different buses u can take to many different beautiful attractions like Lake Brienz. I have seen many reviews about the cheese fondue from their restaurant. We tried it too & was so in love with it. As we brought our 3.5yrs old child along, we can only have cheese fondue without alcohol. We replaced it with apple juice at an additional cost of 5chf. Indeed food was really good! And the waiters were really kind & friendly. They were very kind & patient with our little girl. She was given colouring materials for entertainment. Thanks to the waiters. We had lots of laughter while enjoying our meals. Oh yes, there's a big fluffy black cat who often patronise the hotel & restaurant. It usually sleeps on the first chair near the left of the entrance. Staff of the hotel & restaurant are really nice, loving little animals & taking care of them very well. Overall, it was a very wonderful experience staying here. We would gladly come back again!

Walaupun bahagian luar hotel itu lama, namun, saya terkejut apabila saya masuk ke dalam bilik. Ia baru diubah suai dan sangat menarik. Ia bersih dan saya suka bahawa mereka mempunyai rak untuk menggantung jaket kami apabila kami memasuki bilik. Bilik ini dilengkapi dengan balkoni yang cantik menghadap ke bulatan. Kemudahan: Hotel menyediakan kopi dan coklat panas percuma di lobi hotel (sesuai untuk menunggu). Mereka juga mempunyai paip air mudah alih yang saya gunakan untuk mengisi botol saya (membeli air botol di Switzerland mahal). Sarapan: Sapuan biasa (telur hancur, roti bakar, bacon, sosej). Mereka mempunyai mesin kopi yang hebat dan saya akan minum sekurang-kurangnya 2 cawan kopi hitam semasa sarapan pagi. Mereka juga mempunyai pemandangan indah pergunungan Swiss yang menjadikan permulaan yang baik untuk hari kita.

I was really worried about how good this place is because of the reviews I read, I also thought the room will be too small like London hoyel rooms. Yo my surprise the hotel is Amazing and the standard room size is perfect for one or two people. Bed is very comfy. Also the air conditioning works perfectly fine, I live in a region with cooling is critical and I absolutely liked the room temperature although air conditioning is a real issue in Europe. They have Ritual products in the bathroom, and you can connect your netflix to the TV. Breakfast is very good, hotel has access door direct on train platform (this is amazing) . Staff are professional and pleasant. I looked around other properties in Interlaken East and West, they are mostly tired, cheap looking hotels, the Dorint is a 3 star but my experience is rather 4 star standard. I absolutely recommend it. Don't look elsewhere.
