Since I decided to stay here on short notice and did not book in advance, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk manager Tan introduced the various room types very carefully and patiently, allowing me to choose a suitable room. The hotel is very beautiful and suitable for relaxation. The hotel staff are all very nice and will take the initiative to provide services, but I feel that there are too few service staff and everyone is very busy. The girls at the front desk and the restaurant clearly felt that they were sweating a lot and working hard. There were many people sitting in the lobby bar, but no one was consuming and the various conditions were very similar to a vegetable market. I originally wanted to sit and drink in the lobby bar, but the situation was too scary and I didn't try it."

"We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very beautiful, but there may be some problems with the room design. The space utilization is very low, and it is wasted in the corridors and bathrooms. On the contrary, the sleeping area is quite crowded. The board on the wall is very sticky. I don't know if there were posters posted before but were not removed. Other than that, the hygiene is fine. Disposable bath mats and bath balls are provided, so you can take a bath. In the breakfast restaurant, the brown sugar has obviously deteriorated due to moisture and has been expired for several months. The watermelon is not fresh either. It disappeared after eating it in the morning. The most favorable thing is that there is a beef buffet hot pot 200 meters away from the hotel. You must not miss it. Be sure to go early to avoid queuing!"

The hotel wanted to send us a cake, but since we brought it ourselves, the hotel sent us a fruit plate instead. Thank you very much for the hotel's attentive hospitality. I was even more attracted by the green grasslands and golf courses built on the mountains.
The room is newly designed, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has double wash basins, and you can take a bath while looking at the beautiful mountain view through the glass. There is also a shower and a spacious automatic toilet, which is very advanced.
The breakfast area is comfortable and elegant, with a wide variety of beautiful and exquisite food. Many foods are prepared on order, which shows great thought. The waitress Xiao Xiao is even more thoughtful. She carefully served us the porridge we ordered.
I hope to visit again next time if I have the chance.

There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way.
I would definitely come back when I am around the area.

There is a convenience store at the intersection. The parking space is very sufficient. The administrator brother also took the initiative to help direct the reverse. The room is bigger than expected! The bedding is soft and clean, the air conditioning is fast and quiet (there is no noise at all), the bathroom is large and clean. The front desk lady is super intimate, and the laundry service is also returned in the middle of the night! Configured to hang around hotels at the same price, free parking + affordable price + intimate service attitude + clean and comfortable accommodation environment - very good! Cleanliness: Clean. However, being an older hotel, there are some dark, hard-to-reach areas, but this has no impact on the overall stay and is negligible.

This hotel holds many memories for me personally. I used to stay at the Wen Hua Hotel often when I was a child. It's quite an old hotel, and this visit brought back many memories; it doesn't seem to have changed much. I really like the Wen Hua Hotel; the breakfast is also good. Their mooncakes are delicious too, full of memories! 👍🏻
If you don't have particularly high expectations for accommodation, you can stay here; you won't be disappointed. The front desk service is also very good.

The room is quite spacious with a balcony, but the sound insulation is not very good. Maybe because of the location near the lake, there are many mosquitoes.
The scenery outside the hotel is OK, you can take a walk along the lake, and it is recommended that the hotel do maintenance on the peripheral facilities.
In addition, I don’t recommend everyone to buy breakfast. I don’t know if it’s because of the off-season. The breakfast experience is very bad, there are very few varieties, and the products are so-so. It is completely not the same level as the buffet breakfast of an economy hotel.
This price is generally good and bad.

It was my first time at this hotel, and the service was excellent and attentive. We also booked two more mahjong suites online. When checking out, I left my car keys behind, but thankfully the receptionist helped me find them. Thumbs up!!! I'll definitely come again.
