โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟเซ็นทรัล  อยู่ไม่ไกลสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสำคัญ ห้องพักกว้าง มีห้องครัวและอุปกรณ์ทำครัวครบ มีไมโครเวฟ มีโต๊ะทานอาหาร ชอบมากๆ ไม่มีเครื่องซักอบผ้าในห้อง แต่ มีห้องซักอบผ้าหยอดเหรียญบริการให้ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนเนิน เวลาเดินกลับจะเหนื่อยเล็กน้อยถือว่าได้ออกกำลังกาย

Originally booked a twin double room for me, my wife and our granddaughter as I was working in Brisbane and we wanted a change of scenery for my wife and granddaughter. Unfortunately my granddaughter became ill so my wife and granddaughter stayed at home. When I checked in I advised the hotel that only I would be staying for the two nights. Thinking Id help out the hotel room availability I said Id be happy to downsize, the receptionist asked if Id be ok in an Accessible Room which I accepted. I awoke at 2am thinking it was daytime as the room was lit up. Looked at the time and saw it was 2am then realised there was a large gap (30-40mm)under the door and the corridor lights were illuminating the room. After a bad night’s sleep I complained to reception who sent up a maintenance person who advised the door had to be like this to clear the sloping floor to the bathroom for wheelchair access. Poor design not an excuse. I asked if I could have my original room and was told I’d be charged for an upgrade. Told them I’d done them the favour originally so reception said theyd chat to management and get back to me. I was working late shifts and heard nothing back so had to try to sleep in the room again, packing pillows against the door base but light still made it in. There was also stains on the carpet, curtains also let street light in and when doors were closed in other rooms they clanged shut reminding me of a visit to Alcatraz! Little sleep for the second night. I feel sorry for anyone sleeping in that room in the future

It lives up to its name, “Express”. It is ideal for business trips rather than leisure stays. It’s not designed to offer a resort-style experience. The rooms are simple and compact, providing only the essential amenities.

The room was great, clean, service excellent, they let is check in early (2 hours) and check out late (1 hour) at no extra cost. Love the layout of the room, very well thought out and balcony view was amazing.

The Ridges is close to the city and the valley and surrounded by public transport. It's a little dated but for the price it has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, shower nice and warm and pool area nice. Would definitely stay again for the price.

The place is quiet and also good for family very beat to all places. You can cook also. You can walk also going to the central station.

Very good location 10 minute walk to city hall and the main town centre. Apartment was well equipped and had a spacious balcony with lovely views. There’s also a pool, spa and sauna facility which was nice to use.

Check-in was smooth, but I requested a quiet room as I needed rest for a test, and was given a room right in front of the elevator. It was very noisy all night and I couldn’t sleep. The room also had a connecting door to the next room, which could not be opened from my side but made me feel unsafe, as I was unsure if it could be opened from the other side. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

Super friendly and accommodating service. We had to book lat minute, all details were sent through promptly. The apartment had everything you could need and a number to call if any issues. Loved there was a tv in the main bedroom of our 2brm apt. Will book again.
