Hotel dengan Wifi di Spring Hill

"I had a really great time at this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. The rooms were comfy and well-kept, which made for a relaxing experience. I'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice and accommodating stay. Also it's nearby to my favorite café Espresso Room."

"We booked a private 3 bed room as a couple. It was spacious enough for us. The mattress could get changed as it’s quite worn down. The AC was actually disgusting to say the least. It’s good they have one in the room but we had to turn it off because it smelled really bad. Luckily we went in winter so the small window was fine. The community areas were tidy as well as the bathrooms. We did not use the pool but it’s a great addition to have! Breakfast was fine as well"

"The Madison tower Mill Hotel is in the CBD opposite the park and has nice views across the city and glimpses of the river. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment. This apartment is the only 1 bedroom apartment in the hotel, otherwise all other apartments are Studio open plan. I recommend booking this one bedroom apartment as it is on level seven, higher up and has more space. The apartment has a modern bathroom and small modern kitchen. The balcony from the lounge and a balcony from the bedroom the onset Parking is $20."

"Originally booked a twin double room for me, my wife and our granddaughter as I was working in Brisbane and we wanted a change of scenery for my wife and granddaughter. Unfortunately my granddaughter became ill so my wife and granddaughter stayed at home. When I checked in I advised the hotel that only I would be staying for the two nights. Thinking Id help out the hotel room availability I said Id be happy to downsize, the receptionist asked if Id be ok in an Accessible Room which I accepted. I awoke at 2am thinking it was daytime as the room was lit up. Looked at the time and saw it was 2am then realised there was a large gap (30-40mm)under the door and the corridor lights were illuminating the room. After a bad night’s sleep I complained to reception who sent up a maintenance person who advised the door had to be like this to clear the sloping floor to the bathroom for wheelchair access. Poor design not an excuse. I asked if I could have my original room and was told I’d be charged for an upgrade. Told them I’d done them the favour originally so reception said theyd chat to management and get back to me. I was working late shifts and heard nothing back so had to try to sleep in the room again, packing pillows against the door base but light still made it in. There was also stains on the carpet, curtains also let street light in and when doors were closed in other rooms they clanged shut reminding me of a visit to Alcatraz! Little sleep for the second night. I feel sorry for anyone sleeping in that room in the future"

"A beautiful heritage hotel in a nice location. Close enough to wander into the City but far enough away to have a more peaceful and intimate vibe. Lovely interiors. Our bedroom I felt was a little bland. Could benefit from a bit more styling and comfort, to keep up with the quirkiness of the hotel I have rated less due to the TV not working. We didn't realise this until late, when we were tucked up in bed, and decided it wasn't an issue not to be able to watch it. However, it wouldn't power down, and the screen glowed a dull blue all night, resulting in not the best of sleeps! The receptionist at check out pointed out that we should have informed them at the time, but showed no sympathy and didn't apologise at all. She actually didn't come across as very friendly at all, which was disappointing, as the rest of the staff seemed to be very friendly and approachable A shame really, as this did slightly spoil our stay, and I wouldn't be so keen to stay there again unfortunately"

"Very nice location, can access all major tourist spot by walking, the service was top and friendly, I was able to get the room earlier than the check in time, the room is good size and clean. The plus is the free parking space. No lifts, a bit inconvenient with luggage."

"Fantastic everything! Really enjoyed a dip in the pool and appreciated the difference in check in and out times compared to other places. Oh and had a lovely upgrade when we checked in too. 10/10 would recommend"

"The room was great, clean, service excellent, they let is check in early (2 hours) and check out late (1 hour) at no extra cost. Love the layout of the room, very well thought out and balcony view was amazing."

"Nice, light and spacious rooms with balcony and really good morning sun. First impression (of hall and hallways) not so good, but room incl. bathroom are modernized and comparatively colorful. Closeby are Seven Eleven and really good cafés and restaurants. 10 min footwalk (downhill from hotel) to Central station, uphill a bus ride is more adviseable when coming with luggage. (bus stop is just across the street). Great public swimming pool only 450 m away."

"Cheap and centrally located. However, there was excessive noise from traffic on the road which made it difficult to sleep, plus people moving around in the corridors was also very loud."
