"We were there for 2 nights over Christmas. The good: The rooms were really nice, and comfy and had a stunning view, the Christmas dinner was just like back home. We were very impressed by the Christmas dinner. The not so good: The rooms were extremely hot, all rooms has central heating, I had to open the doors in the middle of the night, and sat in the hallway, and wanted to sleep on the floor in the hallway, because the rooms were too hot, and it felt like I couldn't breath. The service was good, both gentlemen at reception tried to help us. The next night, they moved us to another room, but it was also too hot, the 3rd room was much better. I suggest the hotel upgrade to individual aircons where guests could control their own temperature."

"1、樓層非常高，外觀也很高大上。地段很繁華，對面就是愛琴海購物中心；2、房間比宣傳圖洋氣，因為床上並沒有鋪那花裏胡哨的床旗（建議更新一下宣傳圖），但設施還是有點古舊，床頭的電話感覺是上個世紀的產物；3、看到USB接口還挺驚喜，結果寫着要先開電視電源，打電話問前台怎麼開，後來得到回覆説前段時間壞了用不了，感覺不太好；4、床頭豎著掃碼連wifi的説明但掃了之後輸密碼還是連不了，後來發現選擇房間號輸個驗證碼就能連上了，建議把那個沒用的説明撤掉；5、早餐中規中矩吧，該有的都有；6、退房的時候前台一個小姑娘説她剛來不會，但其實把房卡收進就可以了，這麼簡單的培訓建議還是做一下。"

"環境：據説是5月份新開業的一家酒店，攜程上搶的預售，國家地理雜誌旗下的一家自營酒店。可能是比較新的緣故，人氣並沒有很高，但是對於我們開始入住體驗比較好，因為人少，安靜，裏面有自帶的立體空間雜誌體驗觀賞度超高，會有講解員在固定時間進行相關講解，入住時會有一份探索禮物，超級棒。 設施：設施方面的話因為是新開業的酒店，都會比較新一點，我們入住的四樓，房間內有空氣凈化器，窗户也是開着的，所以相對沒有什麼味道（其他樓層就不太清楚了）。但是電梯和樓層走廊相對處於密閉空間，所以裝修的味道還是有點的。 服務：入住前一天就有收到酒店確認電話，提前有準備小童用品。早餐的話也是一種全新的體驗，是個人定製套餐制的，一人一份，水果、飲料、麪包之類的都是在冷餐區自己拿，不會太浪費，挺好 總體的體驗感還不多，小朋友也玩的很盡興，周圍還有奧特萊斯可以兜兜。"
