It will be good if they know some basic directions to the various attractions such as the Marine park etc. The windows are dusty hence compromising the views. Breakfast is not as varied expected of a 5 star hotel in Asia."

"The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out.
The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options.
Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance."

"Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious.
I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly.
Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them.
Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜"

"The place is located in a great area and the apartment is beautiful, however the building is just for sleeping it has no facilities but the biggest problems were the odors in the apartment. The apartment in general was clean but the sink in the bathroom had a horrible smell and the fridge which was disconnected and it also had a bad smell. The lady who received us was very kind and helpful."

We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels.
Cleanliness: overall quite clean.
Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island.
Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced.
Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them.

酒店挺人性化，大堂提供了免費茶水，咖啡，小零食，還有日用的小物品，價格這麼優惠，還提供兩份免費早餐，還提供了免費的洗機，雖然房價優惠，但是房間挺乾淨，床墊軟硬適中，特好入睡，而且我們是晚上入住的，還可以，晚上再退房，現在天氣熱了，也不用擔心2:00被催退挺好的一家酒店

Отель отличный. Но на этих остравах делать нечего, работает все на половину. Напоминает начало исчезновение людей ”что было бы если люди бы исчезли... Год спустя” на дату 20.10.25 (на главном острове) на жилых остравах все норм, рынки магазины... сама комната не затертая, все новое, что то даже в плёнке ещё. Видимо сказывается то что пол острова развлечений не работает. А так удивительно видеть огромные постройки а людей нет. Кто бы сказал это про Китай не поверил бы.
Итого отель зачёт, на острове достаточно одного дня ну мах два дня, все нечего делать.
P. S.
Не берите в центре там дорого а на жилых частях дешевле.

幸运之旅Excellent customer service ! The lady boss and her staff were friendly and attentive taking good care of customers. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities in good condition. The night market is just five minute walk from hotel and you can try all types of food there.

從進門開始，前廳的服務就很周到，工作人員熱情有禮，辦理入住快速高效，讓人一到就感受到賓至如歸。
房間更是沒得説，設施嶄新，打掃得一塵不染，住着非常安心。公共區域的設施設備也維護得很好，不管是健身房還是泳池，體驗感都特別棒。而且這裏很適合帶娃出遊，小朋友玩得開心，大人也能徹底放鬆。
早餐必須重點誇一下！菜品超級豐盛，中西式選擇很多，味道也特別好。用餐期間服務員非常貼心，收盤及時，還主動詢問需求，必須點贊！

KeepMovingAs a frequent traveler who often stays in various hotels, I found that this particular property did not meet my expectations. I did not feel comfortable during my stay.
The room I got felt like an afterthought, maybe a backup. The inside door lock didn't work right, so I had to rig something up to keep it secure from the inside. I won't say much but I think the pictures i shared here will tell what i mean.
