"本次入住體驗特別好，酒店整體乾淨舒適，工作人員服務都十分熱情。重點表揚前台小月和小歐，待人耐心貼心，辦理入住高效，全程體驗感拉滿，強烈推薦，唯一不足就是早餐中類不多，今天早餐哈密瓜🍈有一個餿抹布味，差點就吐了，不知道是不是切的時候沒洗刀，還是菜板。"

"Clean and comfortable room with very good beds, warm quilts and a choice of pillows. The hot springs were great and the service staff excellent. There are more than one hot spring pools. Breakfast was very good with a very large selection of foods. The standard was very high. The only thing which we felt wasn’t great was the noise of children screaming all over the resort and the incessant fireworks until around 10pm. That is not the hotel’s fault, but their guests. I’m not sure what could be done to improve this, as it affects all guests. I would stay here again though, for sure. The proximity to Xiling Snow Mountain (20 minutes by car), the comfortable bed and the excellent breakfast are all a big plus!"

"The room is spacious and clean. It’s also not noisy as it’s away from Main Street yet it’s conveniently located to the attractions. The breakfast was also delicious and glad there are options for vegetarians like me. I must applaud the staff and manager’s warm and helpful service and attitude throughout my stay here. "Here’s a revised version of the review with that detail smoothly added: ⸻ Xingye Snow Mountain Manor – Comfortable Stay with Hot Springs, but Snow-Dependent Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is located about a 30–40 minute drive from Xiling Snow Mountain. We chose this hotel mainly for a skiing trip, with the added bonus of having hot spring facilities on-site. We stayed from 28–30 December 2025. Unfortunately, while there was a small amount of snow at the top of the mountain, there wasn’t enough snow for skiing, which is worth keeping in mind as snow conditions are very weather-dependent. The hotel itself has good facilities, including hot springs, sauna, and a swimming pool. The hot spring experience felt private and relaxing, as there are multiple smaller tubs designed for individuals or family groups, rather than one large communal pool. There is also a dedicated changing area with showers, plenty of towels, and hair dryers, which is well-organised and convenient after soaking. The surrounding area is quite deserted, with only a few old shops across the road selling BBQ skewers and basic convenience store snacks. The police station is immediately next door, which adds a sense of security. Dining options nearby are very limited, so the hotel restaurant is the most decent and reliable place to eat. We particularly enjoyed their non-spicy chicken and mushroom hotpot, priced at 368 yuan, which was generous enough for a family of 3–4 people. The breakfast was also yummy and a highlight of our stay. One nice extra was the complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. You receive 3 photos for free, and if you choose to purchase all the digital photos taken, it costs around 400 yuan for approximately 43 photos. Transportation was one downside. We didn’t enjoy using Didi in this area. On the way to Xiling Snow Mountain, the Didi fare was 40 yuan, but the driver asked for an additional 30 yuan to cover his return trip. For the return journey, the driver didn’t accept the fixed price, used the meter instead, and requested an extra 20 yuan for parking fees at the mountain. For reference, the cable car prices at Xiling Snow Mountain are 320 yuan per person per day to the top, or 250 yuan per person per day to the halfway point. If you stay at hotels near the cable car, you only pay for the ride once. Since Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is farther away, you have to pay the same cable car rate every day, which adds up. Overall, Xingye Snow Mountain Manor is a comfortable hotel with good hot spring facilities and decent food, but it’s best suited for travellers who value relaxation over convenience. If skiing is your main goal, staying closer to the cable car may be more cost-effective and practical."

"Hotel is modern design and clean but avoid 5th floor cos of noisy thumping sound from bar on top floor. Room hot water not consistence, Location is far from train station and there's nothing much around the hotel. Nearest shopping street is located at DONGJIE STREET around 20 minutes walking distance. Location in google map is wrong and hotel name also different from what advertised, and breakfast is very basic and not much choices."

"Excellent location to visit main attractions. Local eateries all within walking distance. Staff was efficient and polite. Room was clean and spacious. View from balcony as pictured. There were birds chirping on the trees right outside the balcony. Breakfast was plentiful. The door to my balcony could not be locked. Rang reception. Receptionist immediately came to have a look. Within 10 minutes, the engineer came to repair. Thank you. The guards at the gates were helpful in providing directions. Easy to take Didi to Chengdu. Around RMB 140. It was a comfortable pleasant stay."

"酒店地理位置優越，靠近花水灣入口，。前台辦理入住的人員服務熱情。仔細告知温泉、就餐等事宜，還送了早餐票。房間有陽台，視野開闊，可以欣賞美麗的温泉鎮，入住後就去泡了温泉，温泉池在山林之間，有山泉水、硫磺池 温度不同，在山林間享受温泉泡池，好享受！房間第二天，又續住一晚，前台一如即往的熱情服務， 此次入組 是一次很好的體驗，下次有機會再來！"

"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, using the app to communicate to me in English. My room was on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the trees, mountain and pool area. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. It was really a peaceful room that I enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, it seemed like an Italian marbled hotel. The breakfast had many choices, and it was all delicious. There are many pools, warm and hot springs to choose from, it was fun and relaxing. The massage and treatments were wonderful, especially from Rufong, if you like deep acupressure. She is a really experienced, friendly and wonderful person."
