"酒店空調嚴重有問題，打的cool冷風23℃，結果早上七點時候熱醒，一晚上都沒有蓋被子，起來一看屋內温度31℃，不知道怎麼搞的，這麼厚的大被子，怎麼受得了。最後衹能關空調開窗才降温。忘記把空調調試的面板拍下來做證據了。從來沒有碰到過類似情況，本來就不需要開空調，但是窗簾一來特別不透氣，衹能開空調，又熱的不行。"

"設施按星級標準去的，服務很一般。
18點42到，説我的套房還沒打掃好，説人少房間多住的人多，剛好就我的房間沒打掃（我覺得肯定是忘了），我就先去吃飯了，這種事如果服務意識好，下次就會避免。
客房服務響應挺快，冰箱有問題，很快換了一個冰箱。（但是如果我來的時候冰箱直接是好的不是更好？）
早餐沒有咖啡
洗衣房一言難盡
酒店3-4樓是打桌球還有個什麼來着，反正人員有點複雜，有人上電梯抽煙。
整體來説這個酒店應該是德保縣城最好的了，服務改善空間很大"

停車方便，有自己的停車場。
提供早餐，即使你的房間寫了無早，也可以去吃，居然還能現場煮粉，必須好評。
酒店後面可能有喝夜啤酒的，比較吵，害怕吵鬧的慎重。

PPengguna Tetamu房間乾淨整潔，房間空間也比較寬敞，採光各方面都挺不錯，他們的前台工作人員很熱情，停車場也很大，停車方便，唯一不足的就是有的房間離馬路比較近，會比較吵，後面跟工作人員溝通，換了一個比較安靜的房間
