"温德姆酒店作為美國上市公司旗下的品牌，其衞生和管理還是有很大提升空間的。
1、進大廳見二個男人躺在沙發上睡覺，前台説是司機，因客人回客房休息，所以司機在大堂睡覺。我住了幾百家國內外酒店，還是第一次看到。
2、前台要客人交付300元按金，我問為什麼？答曰：有個別客人損毀設施，所以所有客人都要收按金。現在國內衹有極個的比較保守的酒店收按金，沒想到作為國際型的著名連鎖酒店也要收。
3、衞生堪憂！早餐的饅頭上居然有二衹蚊子的屍體，幸虧我看到，否則就要把它們當“肉”吃了。"
