辦理入住的時候前台工作人員態度熱情有禮貌，辦理流程很快，登記退房都沒有繁瑣等待，有諮詢問題也都耐心解答，服務感受很好。進到房間第一眼就覺得乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床品柔軟舒適，床墊軟硬適中，睡起來特別安穩，忙碌一天回來可以好好休息。衞生間打掃得很乾凈，乾濕分離做得不錯，熱水出水很快，水壓穩定，洗漱用品齊全夠用。房間採光通風良好，隔音效果也在線，關上房門基本聽不到走廊以及外界的噪音，休息不會被打擾。
房間配套設施齊全，網絡網速流暢，看電視、辦公刷視頻都不會卡頓，空調製冷制熱反應迅速，燈光插座佈局合理，充電使用都很方便。公共區域打掃及時，環境衞生維持得很好，整體環境安靜舒心。
日常保潔打掃也很仔細，補給備品及時到位，有需要響應速度很快。整體性價比很高，同等價位裏面體驗感屬於靠前的，不管是情侶出遊、朋友結伴，還是家庭出行、臨時出差入住都很合適。

"Close to the train station. Can't be seen on the main road. There is an archway that has the hotel name on it. Staff were nice and friendly. Helped us order dinner using an app. However didn't have any info about buses to the tulous area. Nothing much around the hotel.
Very clean and room was spacious. Wifi was spotty. Can do laundry here for free. No dryer."

"This hotel is a beautifully converted tulou, offering a modern and polished take on a traditional structure. While it may lack some of the original lived-in charm you might expect from such heritage buildings, it still provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The service was a standout, staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which really enhanced the overall experience.
As for the room design, we were initially impressed by the split-level layout, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom and toilet below. However, this became a bit inconvenient, especially for older guests needing to use the bathroom during the night. The shower setup was another slight drawback, as there’s no space to hang clothes or towels inside. This means you have to change outside the shower area, making it difficult for others to use the lower level at the same time.
These were minor inconveniences rather than major issues, and they didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay."

露台私湯是我們倆最愛的驚喜，傍晚伴着山林霧氣泡湯，旁邊擺上茶具閑聊，安安靜靜衹有蟲鳴風聲，浪漫又私密。室內原木軟裝温柔簡約，佈置乾淨整潔，細節處處用心，窗邊茶具、治癒讀本，隨手一拍都是情侶氛圍感大片。
園區一步一景，錦鯉瀑布、梯田草坪隨處可逛，遠離城市喧囂，沒有嘈雜人流。全程私密性超強，管家服務貼心周到，安靜不打擾。

"這次的入住非常幸福，一個人住也有滿滿的安全感。
首先酒店非常安靜，有很好的接送高鐵站服務，商務車舒適整潔，司機態度好、很準時。
其次大廳空調很足，酒店充滿了設計感，細節在電梯間、每層樓的小lobby、地毯、房間門等。房間裏有三個窗户，可以開縫通氣。廁所馬桶是虹吸的，沖力很大，絕對不會堵。
房間都是小度控制的，包括空調和燈光。投影儀挺好的。看了一會兒綜藝。房間送了五瓶水，對我這種喝水大户簡直太友好了（冰箱裏還有小飲料）。毛巾也很充足，接近五星級酒店的配置和服務了，擦手巾&浴巾都很厚實很新。
床品很舒服，第一晚擇床沒睡好，後面都睡得挺好的。
就是晚上河邊有點小噪音，但是總的來説不影響睡眠。
前台送了一杯飲料，走的時候還給了小伴手禮。打印複印很方便，就是機器人有時候送外賣會卡，如果沒及時送到記得打電話問前台，別傻等哈哈哈。
早餐很值得，是很不錯的早餐風格，煎蛋、Omelet都有，飲料沙拉烤麪包等，氛圍和五星級酒店很像了（其實日本的3-4星酒店的早餐也就這樣）
總的來説很推薦這家酒店。"

Our host Steven spoke great English and was the most friendly and helpful host. Our dinner was prepared by the mother and we could enjoy that and breakfast in the tulou courtyard. Very special !

1. My stay at Yongding Coffee Garden B&B/Homestay/ Guest House was absolutely pleasant and memorable.
2. The decor displays aesthetic excellence with a glorious rooftop garden as its crown jewel , complemented by vintage furniture and collections.
3。 The most impressive attribute is the overwhelmingly warm hospitality extended by the owners: Mi & Fei , as well as the staff members: Ms Wang , Ms Dongdong and Ms Lingling.
They are exceptionally kind ,friendly,amiable, caring, considerate , ever willing to help people and make us feel at home.
4。 The most fascinating attraction is both Mi & Fei are passionate coffee lovers . Lots of coffee varieties are available at the Coffee Garden Cafe ( Coffee Town )
Supreme bliss is to savor the incredibly distinctive and aromatic coffee, be it fruity, nutty, woody, floral,syrupy, herbal,creamy,crisp, mellow,
robust, delicate, intense,
lingering or invigorating.
5。Besides being connoisseurs of coffee they are also aficionados of culinary art.
6。 Mi& Fei are diligent, efficient, knowledgeable , sociable and multitalented .
Their administrative skills together with an effective team of cooperative staff contribute significantly to their brilliant success.

Location is right next to a Tulou. but it is not the Tulou with the tour.
Attended the dinner shoe next door using the discount coupon. It is probably one of the lamest show I have seen in China. Very loud and piercing compère. Don’t waste your money on the show.
The free guided tour is only for 王子土楼. The free guided tour is good. You may need your own transport there. You still need to pay for your tickets into the 土楼。 the guide’s relatives live there. Basically she will bring you to her house or cousin’s house for tea. And the tea is expensive. You get the drift.

She also sent us back and forth from the bnb to the tourist attraction place, from the evening we arrived till the next morning right before we went to our nx stop. She brought us to the world's smallest tulou and saw a tulou with 三公六院. We were treated with a hearty and typical Chinese style of breakfast.

The place is beautiful and unique. The Owners were super thoughtful. Even though the place is a literal museum piece so accommodations are different from a normal hotel, the rooms themselves could be a bit better cleaned. Below the beds and behind thinks it was quite dirty with things left from previous clients I would guess.
Either way the stay was amazing.

They helped me organize all my trips to visit the Tulou and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.
