"Hotel is super clean and conveniently located. Important to note actual location is between a Muslim restaurant and bank, not next to the post office. It took some time before the owner came back to the inn to process our check in. Note that in Gannan, there are questions of where you are from, where you are going, purpose of travel. Also need a contact number. The owner helped to bring up the luggage to our room. There is no lift, rooms are on second floor. The whole place is new and very clean. We love the room layout, sink outside and separate toilet and bathroom. Beds are super comfortable. There is a heater and heating pads for both beds. Owner provided a platter of fruits, which was very nice. He also told us where to go for food as I am vegetarian. The next door Muslim restaurant has good food and quite a few veg options. The location is superb near supermarkets, banks, shops and walking distance to tourist sites. Minus points for difficulty in locating the owner, a bit of smell from the toilet drain, plus we are advised not to flush toilet paper, asked to throw it in a bin."

"已讀不回，我服了。本來還想着給我們提行李箱了，幫忙挪車了，儘量不寫差的地方了。不回覆不解釋是因為反正錢已經付了嗎？回不回覆也無所謂了嗎？ 沒有獨立衞生間，我們買的時候是沒有提示的，現在的連結才有提示，所以這個怪自己，沒有仔細看裏面的細節訊息，導致排隊上廁所，早晨被房間旁邊的洗漱聲吵醒。 訂單寫的三樓，電話聯繫時也説的三樓，結果到了給我們安排四樓，到了晚上發現三樓是沒人住的，問就説有人之前訂了因為沒衞生間退了，不知真假不評論，但是電話聯繫説過想住2樓，你們從未提過有四樓。 價格不一樣無所謂，我們自己願意定的，但是樓層為什麼要給最高的？我們拖家帶口的合適嗎？"
