衞生：衞生不錯。
環境：樓下有便利店，停車也方便。
服務：服務沒有給滿分的原因是：房間內衹提供了兩瓶水，半夜我下樓想再拿一些。當時前台的工作人員似乎正在對賬，沒有抬頭看我，就直接説道：“你等我一下。”
我理解工作人員當時可能比較忙，也願意等待，但從服務禮儀的角度來説，即使在處理事務時，也應當稍微抬頭看向客人，並加一句“請稍等”，會讓人感受到更多尊重與禮貌。
這一點雖然細節，但確實影響了整體的服務體驗，希望酒店今後能在這方面進一步提升。"
