"Good 1) location is easy 2) good service from staff 3) rooms are good quality and well equipt 4) nice hangout areas at the lobby that you can just chill out drink your wine and with nice air. Bad 1) Experienced some customers smoking here and there in the hotel. The hotel staff finds it hard to control the guest but they try their best. But I think it’s just the clientele of people that stay here smokes alot and doesn’t care much"

"Well located hotel with very spacious rooms. Our booking included breakfast which had a wide selection and also included supper with a number of noodle selections. The tea room next to reception was a great way to try a few different teas and the quality of the teas available for purchase at the tea room was excellent. Hotel is highly recommended."

"Poor Experience - Constant Smoke and Noise Throughout Stay The Good: Welcome tea upon arrival was a nice touch Complimentary sweet drinks in mini fridge (first day only) Tea and drip coffee sachets provided with kettle Breakfast cakes were fresh and well-made Spacious shower Decent desk and relaxation chair in room Nice gym and roodtop The Bad: MAJOR ISSUE - Smoke Everywhere: The corridor constantly smelled of smoke. Men smoked in the lobby - some appeared to be affiliated with ownership as they treated the place like their own property and staff spoke to them like friends or family. Staff did absolutely nothing to enforce no-smoking policies even after being told. People also smoked in the corridor, and I could smell it from my small window even on the top floor. MAJOR ISSUE - Constant Noise: Lobby and corridors always noisy with loud customers Same men from lobby playing phone calls or video games on speaker very loudly Guests constantly slamming doors at all hours, including early morning - very inconsiderate Large groups being very noisy in corridors Rooster on neighboring rooftop starting early morning (first day) Very regular loud banging noise from ceiling in my room (first day) Drilling noise next door during the day for extended periods Friday night: company party in conference room with dozens of people screaming VERY loud for hours, continuing well into sleep time hours. They were smoking too. Service Issues: Reception staff during check-in seemed unwilling to serve me because I'm not Chinese, making it more difficult for them. I've stayed at plenty of hotels across all Chinese provinces where staff use translation tools - it's not that hard. The service was quite chaotic and time/energy consuming for me. I was told I could request housekeeping at a specific time, so I did. More than one hour later nothing was done, so I asked again and was told ”housekeeping is having lunch now.” Food delivery via robot malfunctioned; food ended up back at reception inside the robot and I had to queue to ask about it Cleanliness Concerns: Cutleries such as forks and spoons in breakfast room looked very dirty Tea mugs in my room had tea residue still in them - they clean the mugs in the sink with their finger which is gross Mini fridge drinks not replenished after first night Facility Issues: Swimming pool closed despite online information saying it should be open Common areas including lobby very cold with no heating - people dress like they're outside. Not comfortable, convenient, or homey Firm mattress (personal preference) Shower handle won't stay in place, keeps moving to the side Limited storage space in room Breakfast finishes a bit early at 10am. Food looks fresh, some egg options if you're vegetarian, but it's mostly Chinese food so quite oily. Cakes are very nice though, seem fresh and well-made. Would not recommend - the smoke and noise issues alone make this place impossible to rest properly."

"這次是三家人一起來雲南旅遊，其中兩個晚上是住在普洱的，在挑選酒店的時候就是看着既有親子又是大牌連鎖。這次入住的酒店地理位置特別好，在普洱市區，距離茶馬古道也非常近。 酒店共6層，頂層是親子活動區、健身區、游泳區，還有棋牌室、茶室、放映區和品酒區，設施非常豐富。 因為我們是三家人入住，在酒店提前溝通的時候就表明想要入住在同一樓層，確實因為開業很火，入住的時候兩個親子大床房錯在了兩個樓層，但是酒店非常擔當，考慮到我們的訴求，主動幫我們升級了一個高級大床成豪華大床，升級了一個親子大床成套房。總體入住感覺非常棒，第二天的早餐也非常豐富，還有免費中餐提供（因為我們行程安排的原因，沒能成功體驗）希望下次可以再次入住，提一點小的建議，6樓建議安排一個外賣取送點，方便機器人送餐上樓。"

"The hotel is truly fantastic, especially for a small town like Pu’er. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff was incredibly warm and helpful. The lady at the front desk took great care to ensure we were assigned the right room before completing our check-in, which meant a lot to us. As someone with allergies traveling in China, it’s very important to have a guaranteed non-smoking and clean room. Many hotels in smaller towns still allow smoking, so we truly appreciated how thoroughly this hotel maintains a smoke-free and spotless environment from top to bottom. The staff were excellent, and the room itself was very comfortable — the bedroom area was cozy and well-appointed, while the bathroom and toilet were clean and dry. We honestly couldn’t find anything negative to say about our stay. The breakfast is awesome — you definitely shouldn’t miss it! Usually, I would skip hotel breakfasts, but this one is genuinely worth enjoying. It was a lovely surprise. We would happily recommend this hotel to any one and foreign traveler visiting Pu’er, Yunnan. It’s a wonderful choice!"
