Hotel check-in was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making for a great first impression. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with everything neatly prepared before I arrived. I especially enjoyed the sea view from the living area, which was relaxing and made the stay feel special. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout my stay. The facilities were also impressive, with well-kept common areas and a pleasant atmosphere around the property. Overall, the service was consistently warm and attentive, and any small requests were handled quickly. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this was a great hotel stay, and I would be happy to return and recommend it to other travellers.

房間佈局合理，超級乾淨！酒店建築和裝飾是地中海風格，非常適合情侶出遊或帶孩子遊玩，酒店設施齊全，觀海，觀日出，看煙花效果絕佳！工作人員服務一流！雙人魚療項目和游泳池因天氣冷沒有開放。特色下午茶和晚間茶歇很貼人心，早餐非常豐盛，初一早上早餐時，在餐廳裝扮成聖誕長者的工作人員給住店客人挨個的發紅包，絕對是加分項！第二天上午九點半，酒店工作人員帶着住店客人去參觀和講解酒店內的各種熱帶植物，並有小童遊玩，品嚐椰子，採摘椰子，套圈抽獎等等項目，超五星好評！

這家酒店真的給了我超預期的體驗！首先必須誇誇性價比，在瓊海能用這個價格住到這樣的房間，簡直太划算了。 房間的採光特別好，大面積的窗户讓陽光灑滿每個角落，白天根本不用開燈，心情都跟着明媚起來。衞生方面也做得非常到位，從床品到洗手間都一塵不染，住着特別安心。最讓我滿意的是空間，比一般酒店寬敞多了，行李隨便攤開也不覺得擁擠，活動區域很充足。 整體來説，無論是硬件設施還是整潔程度都挑不出毛病，再加上親民的價格，絕對是來瓊海住宿的首選。已經推薦給朋友了，下次來還會住這裏！

整體感覺很好，下樓 2 分鐘海邊細沙灘，樓下還有泳池，適合帶娃旅行，海邊挖沙，回來游泳。另外客服也很貼心，看小孩入住還送了一套小挖沙工具。最棒的是海景房，寬敞明亮，簡約中式傢俱，推開陽台窗就是大海，聽濤聲入睡，很美！

Our recent stay in Chonghai was absolutely epic — the perfect escape and reset from work and daily life. Traveling with my family, this place truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the balcony with its view made every morning and evening special. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, with convenience stores nearby and charming little coffee shops along the way. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing, especially for families. The service deserves special recognition. The receptionists went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The only small disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and unfortunately, the bathtub wasn’t there. That said, this was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic experience. My kids loved it, I loved it, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us and for creating such a warm, comfortable space for families to relax and recharge. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, clean rooms, very close to the sea, the view from the balcony is incredible. Of course, you can hear a cart with a clean belt going from floors to 8:30 in the morning, but this is not a problem. The only thing I didn't like was that the description of the hotel says free parking. The fact that parking turned out to be paid is not a problem. I don't like the guard's attitude. When I drove the car to the barrier, the guard showed me a QR code that I had to pay 10 yuan. I have a question why I have to pay, usually people pay when they leave the parking lot. When I asked why I had to pay, the guard didn't say anything, but just left. He sat on a chair and ignored my questions. I'm a foreigner, but I speak Chinese, and I think it's a huge disrespect to treat customers like that. The boy at the registration desk didn't pay any attention to me until the last moment. He was communicating with my friend who doesn't speak Chinese, and I was standing in front of him, speaking Chinese. I asked him to explain to me why I was asked to pay for parking, but he didn't hear me at all, as if I were speaking in another language, even though I was talking to him in Chinese. Honestly, I didn't like this situation very much. I know that this is an absolutely normal situation when your interlocutor does not understand that you speak Chinese, but in this situation it was as if he did not want to communicate with me because I am a woman and he was talking to my friend, who is a man, although my friend does not speak Chinese. I'm not offended, but it was just unpleasant. I advise you to stay in this hotel there is parking there is a car charger there is an underground parking lot very quiet close to the sea

酒店位置非常好，鬧中取靜，離主街道很近，酒店外面路側停車非常方便，且不收費，酒店前台裝修風格非常有型，酒店特色鮮明。前台服務員業務水平非常到位，細心解答客人的問題。客房面積中規中矩，設施設備簡明實用。巨幕投影儀非常實用，使用方便快捷。寢具乾淨整潔，衞生間無異味。酒店可提供簡單的早餐。性價比很高，值得推薦。贊。

照片是睡覺前拍的，所以看起來有點亂。老闆態度都很好，晚上我下樓取東西，老闆看我沒睡，還送了我兩塊自己做的蛋糕和烤腸。民宿有電梯，不用費力搬行李。親子家庭房像家一樣，很舒服。一進來房間乾淨寬敞，非常安靜。床品乾淨，還有洗衣液的香味，另外床墊睡起來很舒服，一個客廳兩個卧室，可以睡一家四口。另外早餐很不錯，老少皆宜，我忘記拍照，給我們做了海鮮粥，我媽喝了五碗，還有煎雞蛋，花捲和煎餃子。老闆還提供趕海工具，晚上可以去海邊趕海，海邊離的也很近。

整體入住體驗十分舒心，店內環境衞生做得很到位，客房每個角落都清理得乾乾淨淨，衞浴設施完好，熱水和網絡都很穩定。酒店貼心配備自助洗衣房，二十四小時都可以使用，操作簡單容易上手，洗完烘乾就能直接穿，省去手洗晾曬的麻煩，工作人員服務也熱情周到，性價比特別高。

晚上趕路臨時訂的酒店，卻被房間驚艷到啦。手繪的荷花和中國風的佈置很浪漫，不同於常見的現代裝飾，讓人眼前一亮。房間很大，四個人住很舒服，陽台上有茶几，可以邊喝茶邊看海。房間的吧枱和大長桌也很方便小朋友看書。老闆娘有才又熱情好客，下次來海南再住這兒。
