"這次入住體驗真的超出預期，整體感受特別舒心愜意。酒店地理位置很不錯，出行遊玩、覓食逛街都十分便利，周邊環境安靜不嘈雜，日常休息完全不會被打擾。 進店之後前台工作人員態度熱情又有禮貌，辦理入住手續效率很高，全程溝通親切自然，細節處都能感受到貼心的服務。客房內部打掃得乾乾淨淨，佈局規整大方，床上用品柔軟舒適，躺下休息疲憊感瞬間消散。房間採光通風條件俱佳，配套設施齊全完好，洗漱用品品質也在線，使用起來很省心。 日常保潔服務也做得細緻到位，有需求響應速度很快。整體住宿性價比拉滿，不管是出行暫住還是休閑旅居都特別合適，下次再來這邊還會優先選擇這家酒店，也真心推薦給大家。"

"我們住的是木屋（公共衞生間），但是幸運的是這棟木屋衹有我們一家。酒店在景區內，自駕進來需要加一百塊。我們是開進來的，問了酒店小哥，推薦我們去窟窿峽景區，在山頂上看到的草原+雲杉林的景色絕了，大量的高密度的土撥鼠。酒店的早餐還行，乾淨健康，要求別太高。酒店門口就是萬馬飲水，出門就看到。第二天自駕去槐溪小鎮騎馬，可以深入到草原裏，你在四海酒店門口騎馬就沒有槐溪小鎮騎馬玩的爽。"

"Great and unique hotel. Very comfortable “glamping.” Location is about a mile or 20 min walk from the Shandan Army farm. Breakfast start at 8am which is a bit late since the Shandan horse walk in the morning is between 7-9am, which means you would really want to have breakfast around 6:45am. So we were not able to have breakfast and there’s also nothing to eat inside the horse farm. Other than that, overall good experience. I would recommend. Also note you need to buy water here which is unusual for hotels, normally hotels give you unlimited bottles of water."

"酒店服務親切，浴間是乾濕分離的，在山丹軍馬場附近難得有這樣的酒店。 可能是酒店新開不久，有些設施還未到位，停車場大門尚在修建，現在的停車場需爬階梯才能到酒店，對行李多的遊客不是很方便。酒店邊上有幾間正在興建的小木屋，未來整建好酒店環境應該是很不錯的。 個人覺得不足的地方就是熱水水壓太小，水温難以調控，沖澡體驗不佳。另外，可能住一樓且外面有草叢的關係，房內常有小蟲子，建議酒店想辦法解決一下，不然都擔心晚上它們跑進被窩裡了😂😂"

"Unfortunately my experience wasn't good. Hot water didn't work, it was only warm. I did it in the afternoon anyway but ny boyfriend waited untill 11pm. Elettronic key of our room never worked. We always had to call someone to open our room. About water problem they said there was an issue in all the hotel and they can fix it the next morning. We could not find a standard queen bed room, they have queen room just very expensive and for cheaper price they have only twin rooms. We paied a full amount for the night we staied but we didn't have full 100% service we should receive from the booking. They suggest us a refund to change hotel but it was so late and we are travelling with bicycles, after a ride of 150km we were too tired to move in another location during the dark at 10pm. We just needed a hot shower and a bed to sleep. Finally we received a 100 cny caution back, and the next morning ladies at reception gave us 6 small bottle of water to apologize. I'm really upset about nobody advise us about water issue during check in, so there was still time to move in another accomodation, especially for elettronic key, I can't understand why it's never worked. Be carefull for next booking about rooms at 5th level. I don't know if it's a problem only for foreign people or for everyone. Room price list are very expensive so, I think they have not a bad service. Unfortunately it's the first time during my 32 years happened this, especially during my 27 days in China, all the issue where always well reserved. This time my experience was really stressful, I don't feel like to recommended it and I hope never happen again to other travelers. Thank you anyway."

"The stay was amazing, clean and big rooms and very nice staff. The heating system works well. Very near to the Shan Dan Machang Scenic spots. Highly recommended for families with kids traveling around."

"超級美！景區裏祁連腳下的度假村。頭天晚上下了場大雪，醒來美呆了，然後去看了馬飲水。傍晚騎馬回來後雪後初霽，又是草豐水美，當晚相機扔房門外拍了40分鐘延時，好幾顆流星。值了值了！服務也很好，進出都接送。房間也挺乾淨，有暖氣。"

"1.受限於火車時刻，到飯店時已過半夜12點，加上我是台灣同胞身份，無本地身份證，入住登記比較複雜，服務員有點不開心！2.洗澡時，發現大浴巾居然是破的，腳踏布也有洞。3.其他部分都不錯。4.守衛很親切。"

"Everything was fine, the staff was very helpful, the room was large and spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. Great location, very convenient. They really went out of their way to solve a transport problem (we had two bicycles to transport in the car)."
