From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life. The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera. They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks. What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home. 要住在楊家堂村的，我覺得“有明堂”就是最好。 第一，位置在村子最上面，大家看到網紅圖片的中間最高點就是這家，視野很好 第二，300多年的老房子，內部裝修設計都非常棒，再加上張明教授的畫，民宿本身都可以當景點小逛 第三，老闆娘真得很熱情好客，而且根本不老～重點是非常細心周到 最後，説一下村子，我在那裡住了2晚，離開的時候，一路上的店鋪小老闆，村民都跟你打招呼説一聲：再見。這種感受，在城市裡，已經很久沒有了。 一定要説不好的，就是蟲真得多，大家做好防蟲準備

We spent several wonderful days at this hotel and were absolutely satisfied with everything, from the great location to the warm hospitality and attentiveness of the host. The room was very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, and the thoughtful bedtime treats were such a lovely touch. We would definitely love to come back!

The hotel is in central location, walking distance to the old part of town and surrounded by food options. All rooms face a busy intersection with traffic and commerce noise starting early in the morning until 10pm. Windows will block part of noise but not all. Gym is just a pair of treadmills, don't expect a workout space. Staff is very attentive and willing to help. Beds, pillows and sheets are comfortable and the shower is good. However, if you are not a smoker, I don't recommend staying here, nor in any other Ji hotel. I travel extensively and tried Ji hotels in several Chinese cities from North to South. They are consistent with service, cleanliness and bed comfort, but all of them have a major issue of not enforcing the non smoking rule, and besides that, their air conditioner system brings smokey air from different rooms directly into yours. It is a pity. Unfortunately, beautiful China is full of selfish smokers. We need better enforcement and at least air purifiers in each room.

Yi Yuan Village is a quaint, peaceful and authentic hideaway in the mountains, away from the tourist crowds that cause chaos further down the valley back towards Song Yang City. It has a few homestays, ours at Yi Yin being the best and most recently opened. The host family (Ceng) is generous and hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean, nicely furnished and easy to reach, nearer the entrance to the village. All meals were freshly made with home-made or locally sourced ingredients, very tasty! They helped us arrange several day trips with an excellent driver (Xiao Bao) whom I also highly recommend. He can be contacted through the host family; he is popular, so I would suggest you request his services once you have confirmed your stay at Yi Yin. Yi Yin is well placed for visiting the surrounding area; there is daily, regular public transport to and from the village and surrounding countryside.

設施：民宿前台小賣部東西還挺齊全，房間設施完善，空調很給力。民宿旁新開了一個茶染藝術館，近期正好有新展覽可以看，古色古香，有很多好看的茶染的藝術作品， 入口有件茶染的衣服特別驚艷，之後有機會一定再來仔細看展！ 衞生：各方面都很乾凈，阿姨打掃超級認真仔細 環境：山裡確實生態很好，蟲子多少有一點，但是完全不影響居住。空氣非常好，山上風景特別漂亮，從房間露台看望遠山綠樹，心情超級好 服務：超級好評，有免費洗衣烘乾服務。咖啡廳有貓咖，村裡散養野貓也挺多。咖啡廳的接待貓服務意識到位，從旁邊路過會煙嗓撒嬌求摸摸，可愛！！！ 美食：炒黃米果大讚特贊！剛吃有點淡，越吃越上頭，不吃黃米果等於沒來過，愛吃年糕的絕對不能錯過！ 早餐很精緻，有粥麪和雜糧小菜水果。蔬菜大多數是每天民宿地裏當天現摘的，芥菜清脆爽口。尤其是麪的味道，真的像家裡的飯菜味道，精緻清淡。 溪魚好吃，小，刺軟少，肉質細嫩，味道鮮美。 爺爺家咖啡的奶茶十分推薦！松陽本地紅茶加真奶，茶特別香，口感順滑。小零食黑糖姜好吃！

We had a fantastic time here, Oubao is a great host! Songyang was unknown to us, but we truly enjoyed it. As guests we could sample some tea and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a beautiful setting. Although this hotel is in a historic neighborhood and building, the rooms have all modern amenities you need. I really recommend this place for anybody staying in Songyang, I’m definitely going back there again!

Nice place located on the mountain valley. High level structure quite new. Restaurants has got good quality food and rooms are bigger and well equipped. Little bit far from train stations. Recommended for couples

民宿位於大木山茶園風景區內，農家樂的裝修風格，不過價格也不高，老闆自家有茶山，可以嚐嚐老闆的茶。民宿距離縣城開車二十分鐘，距離陳家鋪子和楊家堂大概四五十分鐘左右。
