"the front desk worker was unmotivated and kinda rude, ignoring that my ID is not a passport and insisting i fill out a non suitable form instead of just scanning it. this person needs training,especially regards attitude.
besides that this hotel is very good. the lady bringing me to the room was very helpful and nice, the room is very tidy, very big bathroom and all things work well. the location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and shops around.

"在綏德這個酒店確實第一，房間乾淨整潔，浴巾雪白，全屋智能化，酒店換了老闆，要比以前更好，早餐比以前豐盛，前台服務也比較好，在多一些微笑服務就更加好了，雖然在新區最南邊，但是每次到綏德還是入住這家酒店，比全季酒店好了幾個檔次，綏德最好的酒店，隔音不是太好，但是全面評價，這個酒店是最好的。"

"我沒拍照片，房間都在二樓，沒有電梯。但其實酒店還是有設計感的，但房間裏的味道確實怪怪的，後來我如廁才發現，馬桶和地面的連接處已經不固定了，有很大的縫隙，那自然下水道的味道就綿綿不絕了。我入住當晚吃了周圍一家大盤雞，好像叫田園大盤雞，雞肉還真是走地雞的質感。"
