I especially loved the view from the window: early-morning mist rising over the canal made me feel like I’d stepped into a classic ink-wash painting. Location-wise, the homestay was ideal. It was close enough to the main scenic areas to walk there within minutes, yet tucked away on a quieter street so I could enjoy peaceful evenings without the tourist crowds. The host also provided great recommendations for food and activities, including some hidden spots that most tourists miss. Overall, staying at a Wuzhen homestay made my visit feel more authentic and relaxed. If you want an experience that blends history, comfort, and local warmth, I highly recommend choosing a homestay in Wuzhen."

The lady at the front desk was super nice and wonderful, I really appreciated her service, which was incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic. She genuinely cares about every guest; during a special time, she even thoughtfully made me a cup of brown sugar water ❤️ Highly, highly recommend! The room was very comfortable and quiet, not noisy at all, and we all slept very well. The staff and the other ladies were also great, they proactively helped us carry our luggage to the room. "This time, I stayed at Tong'an Inn inside Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. The room was clean and well-equipped. It was quite spacious and had good ventilation. There was even a direct drinking water tap. The stay included two scenic area tickets, and the best part was unlimited entry and exit to the scenic area from 12 PM on the first day until 12 PM on the second day. The electric shuttle within the scenic area was also free to use. Our hotel butler, Ms. Dang, even asked us in advance about our arrival time. She picked us up from the scenic area entrance and escorted us to the hotel. After check-in, she thoughtfully explained everything about our stay, including how to book the morning tea service. She was very considerate and attentive, giving her a big thumbs up 👍. All in all, I was very satisfied with this trip! Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area is beautiful both day and night."

"My trip to Wuzhen, staying at the Hengyitang Health & Wellness Hotel, was an absolutely incredible experience, especially thanks to our butler, Sumu, who was so enthusiastic and proactive! Before we even arrived at the scenic area, Sumu contacted me in advance. She patiently answered all my questions and gave me detailed directions. When we got there, she was already waiting at the parking lot entrance, warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and even brought a parasol. During check-in, she thoughtfully prepared an exquisite tea break, making the process quick and efficient. During our stay, Sumu's touring tips were incredibly useful, helping us perfectly avoid peak crowds and allowing me to easily explore Wuzhen's beautiful sights. The restaurants she recommended were also fantastic. Coming back to the hotel in the evening, a foot bath was already prepared, with the water at just the right temperature – instantly melting away the fatigue from a day of exploring. I opted for the restaurant's wellness breakfast instead of the breakfast boat, fearing the heat, and it was so rich and delicious with freshly made items! Sumu's service wasn't just professional; she was also incredibly warm and friendly. When we left, she even gave us handmade mugwort and mint balm from the hotel – a thoughtful gesture I won't forget. This trip to Wuzhen and the Hengyitang Health & Wellness Hotel was made truly wonderful because of Sumu's attentive service. Whether it was planning our itinerary, organizing activities, or fulfilling various requests, she did everything perfectly. Such service definitely deserves a five-star rating for Sumu, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hengyitang Health & Wellness Hotel to everyone!"

"This hotel is in the absolute heart of the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. Just cross the river and you're on the main street, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the morning tea house, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel is actually a collection of guesthouses, and when it's quiet in the mornings and evenings, it almost feels like you've traveled back in time. The hotel probably isn't brand new, and the decor and facilities are a bit dated, with rooms on the smaller side. However, it's generally clean, and they even provide small snacks and fruits. Overall, for exploring within Wuzhen, it's a pretty good choice."

The room was elegant and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere felt both refined and welcoming. Although we visited during the Theater Festival and the town was quite crowded, the serenity and hospitality of 盛庭行馆 made it a peaceful retreat amidst the bustle. I would absolutely choose to stay here again, perhaps at a quieter time, to enjoy even more of its charm."
