"The hotel was much better than I expected. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. There was even an oxygen diffuser in the room, which was perfect for someone like me who is prone to altitude sickness. I slept very well and didn't experience any symptoms at all. The hotel also gave me a welcome gift—yak milk yogurt. It was excellent, and it was my first time trying it. What impressed me the most was the bathroom. The toilet was fully automatic with a built-in bidet, so I hardly needed to use toilet paper. If I visit Chaka again in the future, I will definitely stay here again."

"The best thing is the location right at the gate of the park. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic but clean ok for a night if you want an early start in the park the next day. There is no western breakfast and Chinese breakfast is also basic. Kitchen was already closed at 6pm but there are good options inside the park. Otherwise there is not much else around."

"The hotel is located near the Chaka Salt Lake. The hotel does offer room with oxygen supply for guests who are concern over high altitude sickness. We were there during low season and breakfast choices were very limited. I would like to comment on the wonderful service of the staff who went up and above to assist the us. The staff offered to take care of our laundry as timer on the dryer was not working and it's unclear when the laundry load can be dried. Would recommend this hotel to folks who plan to stay overnight in Chaka."

The hotel itself was generally fine and met our expectations for a short stay. The room and shower were clean, and the facilities were in good condition. Breakfast was also pretty good, with enough variety to start the day comfortably. Service was okay, nothing exceptional, but overall professional and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the bus station, which made arriving and leaving easy. The main downside is the location of the city itself. It’s quite isolated, and except for Chaka lake there is nothing to do. The surrounding area didn’t feel very pleasant to walk around at night, with not much to do nearby. That said, as a place to stay overnight, the hotel itself was perfectly fine and comfortable.

This is our second time stay in this hotel, an ideal location, less than 5min walk can reach to the area with a lot of restaurant located. Highly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.

Choose this hotel due to their modern, simple style. Carefully read their description with “HEATING” but they did not clarify that Heating do not open all time. But when we come on July, the weather is only 6 Celcius degree, no heating, no electric blanket really make me disappointed. If they told me when we check-in that during July no heating, I could cancel the reservation. They have working table but no light, if you work here you need to open room light. Maybe others experience was good, but not for me.
