"必須給這家酒店點個大大的贊!衞生細節做得非常到位，對於有潔癖的我來説完全挑不出毛病。房間內的智能設施很方便，床墊的支撐性很好，洗護用品的味道也很好聞。特別表揚一下客房服務，響應速度極快，有求必應。無論是商務出差還是旅遊住都非常合適，性價比超高，強烈推薦!"

"Big beautiful room! The bathroom smelled very nice. Very close to the attractions. Great location. I just wish the staff told us about the free evening shows and performances nearby that everyone else seemed to know about. We stumbled on the crowds in the evening because we bought the hotel tickets to ride the dragon boat, but in retrospect it’s better to just watch the boat ride from the bridge for free where everyone else was. Good breakfast options. Bus booking staff on site and they even walked us out to wait for the bus when it was time to depart. Thank you for doing that, so nice."

"再次遊玩齊雲山，這次選擇住在休寧縣城，於是入住了學而酒店，沒想到如此低的房價竟給我如此的驚喜:環境好，園林化設計；服務熱情，無論是前台、餐廳，還是門前的安保；房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，精心的佈置充滿温馨。下午入住後在縣城逛了一圈，決定就在酒店的中餐廳用餐，菜品新鮮量足，關鍵是味道可口，鮮甜鹹辣適中。第二天的自助早餐品種豐富，有面點，米粥，飲料水果，還有各種炒菜及小菜。因為是旅遊淡季，又恰逢在冬至時候，酒店的客人很少，我們晚餐及晚餐就餐時沒有看到其他客人，好像被我們包場一樣（😁😁😁）但絲毫沒有降低服務質量。因為入住那天還是冬至，餐廳還特意為我們送了一份餃子，所以這次我多寫了些，必須給個大大的贊👍"

"一進大堂就看到好大一個幸運貓，真的感謝酒店祝福逢考必過，人生最重要的考試過啦！好多考生都住這裏，可能因為休寧是狀元縣吧，我覺得也佔了喜氣，但是有小夥伴沒考過的我看到都應激了，我覺得大可不必，自己加油就可以啦。"

"房間小了點，但是老宅子改造而來，理解理解～整體環境佈置的很棒，特別是從窗口就能看到山下煙花！老闆娘還特意提前敲門提醒。 老闆娘看着很嚴肅但人很好，店裡幾個阿姨也都很熱情。訂房間有贈送的下午茶，吃茶賞景很愜意，早飯很豐盛，可惜的是沒看到雲海，留待下次再來！ 提醒大家，大巴上來到民宿更近哦，省去很多樓梯，我們索道上來的，一路各種爬爬爬才走到～"

"酒店客服響應速度極慢，溝通效率很低。提前入住的需求，酒店一直説在打掃，最後還是攜程平台介入協調才辦好。房間枕頭有明顯污漬，我留言反饋後，酒店全程無回覆、沒有主動更換處理，衹能自己帶隔臟墊勉強將就。 更糟的是房間設施故障百出，下午就反饋房間電話無法使用，直到半夜11點，酒店才説要連同故障空調一起維修，半夜沒法正常使用空調，工程師來看了説是什麼配件燒掉了，空調擋板也掉下來一半，嚴重影響睡眠，處理方式十分離譜。（辛苦工程師師傅，空調弄完屋裡不悶了，要不孩子一晚睡不了了）還有感謝樓層的服務小哥哥及時送的小童用品。 總體服務拖沓、設施故障客人入住前不及時檢修，整體入住感受非常糟糕，一千多的價格完全沒有對應的住宿體驗！ 酒店唯一優點就是地理位置好，就在景區小鎮裏，出門看演出、逛景點都特別方便，除此之外全程體驗極差！"

"幾乎每年都會和家人一起來黃山旅遊，尤其喜歡齊雲山的風景，很漂亮，這次過來發現一個寶藏民宿，去年新開的，設施以及床品都是最新的，門口隨便停車，價格在黃山民宿裏面性價比真的高，而且住的很舒服，尤其帶小孩子來，非常安靜。門口景色無敵，出門走一兩百米就是齊雲山，民宿老闆非常熱情，把一切安排的妥妥當當的，非常滿意，下次來一定還要住這，就沖這份服務還有環境，價格，就必須強烈推薦！"

"老闆很熱情，衞生蠻好的，中央空調也給力，被套枕頭也舒適，各方面都可以，淋浴水量稍小，但也行。樓下吃飯散步都很方便，位置不錯。淋浴房那邊要是能放一個小海棉拖把會更好。因為淋浴沒有半個門，馬桶那洗澡後不容易幹"

"位置很好，就在豐登街。房間很大，非常整潔，床品都是全棉的，睡着很舒服，乳膠枕。衞生間乾濕三分離，智能馬桶。服務十分周到貼心，老闆娘熱情介紹遊玩攻略周邊環境及逍遙街各種活動。第二天上午，老闆娘父親用三輪車送去登山索道站，長者也很和善。行李也可以安心寄存超他家。總之非常滿意，謝謝啦!以後親朋好友來齊雲山，一定會推薦給他們。"

"This is a hotel made up of cabins in the woodland. You get a real feel of being in nature. The good things about the hotel are 1. Beautiful surroundings in woods 2. Wide range of things for children to do (play area, maze, sand pit, petting zoo, water play, indoor play room) - if the weather is good they can enjoy it all 3. The package includes tickets for the Qiyunshan cable car and scenic area, raft ride on the river, and entrance to the tourist area next to the hotel where you can watch many performances and shows including the iron flower fireworks show. 4. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin with winding stairs up they middle. It was comfortable and the huge windows have a great view of the cherry blossom tree. Overall, although the cost is a little high, it was quite cost effective. The other things to note * the breakfast restaurant is on a hill. A cart will take you to the bottom, but you must climb the stairs and in wet weather you will get wet 💦 It's not convenient to take a pushchair up * although the accommodation is cabins, there are no self catering facilities. The restaurant on site does serve meals or you can go into the resort next door and find a restaurant * the curtains in our room were very thin and the light came in early in the morning. My son was awake by 5am. I suggest they could replace the curtains with blackout curtains."
