"It was a lovely stay. There are Chinese restaurants right next to the hotel and the Mountain View was absolutely amazing from the hot pool on the rooftop. After our adventurous day we went back to the hotel to relax , swim and enjoy our evening . Thank you to the receptionists for the wonderful service ."

"入住308房，酒店前台服務姐姐很給力，找不到帶電樁的停車位，給我們找了一個，而且還帶着我們到房間，謝謝前台小姐姐，酒店房間環境很好，有陽台，還有晾衣架，兩個廁所，房間設施什麼都有，太6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣6️⃣了…早餐就稍微簡單了…希望酒店早餐提高一下，其他都很不錯"

"Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests."

"Had a really nice stay at the farm tour. The space is spacious and clean, good service, good home decos, good breakfast, with many cute cats ;p Although the location is a bit far from city centre or some tourist place, it’s not hard to get around. Plus you can actually get necessities at the hotel, they serve local food and hotpots, alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and they have a vending machine for snacks."

"設施：酒店在茶山的入口，每棟樓衹有3～4層高，房間都有陽台，旁邊就是仙湖，總體還是很不錯的。 但是沒有上茶山的電瓶車，衹有一個小火車，五一假期還不上山。。。這是個bug，對於沒車的遊客確實非常不友好。另外，房間的廁所和洗澡間分別在房間兩頭，這個設計，確實有點不方便。中間是衣帽間和洗臉枱，但是衣帽間和洗臉枱的頂燈不能單獨打開，要跟房間的頂燈一起打開，這個設計也是醉了。。。如果不想吵醒睡覺的那個人，那早起刷牙和換衣服的那個人基本要摸黑了 送的温泉跟酒店隔着一條街，要走十分鐘左右，温泉中規中矩，還可以吧"

"環境：民宿在洞天仙境入口步行10分鐘可到達，自駕停車在民宿的廣場很方便，客房比較大落地玻璃窗直接觀賞窗外喀斯特地貌的山巒，空氣清新。 衞生：客房床品和傢俱乾淨，洗漱用品很簡單，一次性毛巾、浴巾不太習慣。 設施：房間智能化程度比較高，窗簾、投影電視、燈光聲控管理 服務：辦理入住比較簡單，民宿老闆告知晚餐附近有一家農民餐廳，用餐後非常滿意，早餐可按房間內的菜單提前預訂後第二天早上送到房間，白粥米香很好吃。"

"設施：齊全 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：良好，樓下是仙湖灣 服務：周到熱情有禮貌這次住店的體驗真的太棒啦！一進房間就感覺特別温馨舒適，房間的佈置很精緻，床鋪柔軟乾淨，讓人一躺上去就不想起來。衞生間也很整潔，各種洗漱用品一應俱全，而且都是質量很好的那種。酒店的服務也特別周到，工作人員都很熱情，辦理入住和退房都特別快，完全沒有等待很久。在酒店裡不管遇到什麼問題，衹要一個電話，他們都能迅速地幫忙解決。酒店的早餐也很豐富，各種麪包、糕點、水果、飲品應有盡有，味道也非常不錯。而且酒店的位置也很好，出行非常方便，周邊有很多景點和美食。總之，這次住店體驗真的超級滿意，下次有機會還會選擇這裏。"

"Nice location, freshness of air in the morning that you can’t find in the city area but plenty of mosquitos. Bamboo room is excellent if you liked natural environment but there isn’t much activities to do, not even a TV is available in the room. Unless you rent an electric scooter to roam the village area. There are plenty of area for nice Instagram photos including the Hot Air Ballon ride, Paragliding etc. Worth a visit but not for long stay. Breakfast is also very average but the staff are super friendly and social."

"It was amazing stay at this place. The staff is really cooperative. Specially the treatment provided by Manager Su and Housekeeper Dai. The start services and everything went well. Decorations were perfectly done for my wife Birthday or was great help and stay there."
