5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

Customer service is impressive at the reception and they gladly arranged to change our room when we commented that the previous room has got some odd smell in the toilet. The concierge helped to move our luggage and the rest of the items to the new room. Breakfast spread is good and with a great variety of food. The hotel allows direct access to the ski sites and the rental shop provides numerous options for skiing and snow boarding lessons. The room is clean and well maintained. It also has washing and drying machine. Beautiful view from the balcony too!

The hotel was clean and every thing was very well, the breakfast did not match my expectations, they need to provide some choices for foreigners like Omelette or some  vegetables Sauté or cheese. The receptionist who speaks English was very welcoming , helpful  and friendly. I recommended it for my friends.  The facilities are not free like the playing area you should pay 188¥ for the kid.

We just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient! There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults! The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing! We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived in the morning. We are allowed to check into our room early despite the check in time is 12pm, and we received free movie tickets too. There is a range of Chinese tea to choose from for the afternoon tea. The breakfast is yummy, and the service is fantastic, the lady manager arrange to send us to the train station when we leave . I Will definitely recommend This hotel to all my friends.

入住前因為更名有點擔心，實際情況超預期。硬件仍然保留洲際系酒店的風格和細節，早餐也算豐富。最大的亮點是前台這兩個姑娘，待人都很温和熱情，而且推薦了適合家庭親子的荷里活大床房。因為我們高鐵時間比較晚，我原本是想再開一個鐘點房，但是前台姑娘直接幫忙免費續了一個小時。

好：1、早餐超級好，2、房間乾淨整潔，大床硬度剛好。3、B1桑拿和湯池緩解滑雪疲勞，4、房間配的加濕器增加濕度，5、還有儀式感滿滿的壁爐。不足：水台上沒有開水壺電源插座，衹能插在櫃子內的電磁爐插座。萬龍滑雪推薦酒店，明年再見！

定的度假村裡半山腰的獨棟小木屋，床品，傢俱，裝修，陳設看得出很用心，品質也不錯，裏面的張庫宴菜品雖然不多但是超出預期，而且不是預製菜，值得品嚐。度假村裡還有咖啡廳很方便。房間裏衞生還不錯，就是小木屋周邊綠植裏面有很多客人扔的垃圾影響了美景。定的五人間浴巾毛巾衹提供了兩人份。度假村裡面有很多演出，遊玩項目也很多，適合各個年齡段的人，看得出用心設計了。需要改進的是服務細節，雖説有擺渡車但是約起來很難約，雖説景區不大但是爬樓梯上下回房間也是有點困難，所以造成很多項目由於爬不動樓梯沒有體驗，對於長者來説更困難。

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!
