I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally warm and inviting, with an attractive design that made it feel both comfortable and stylish. The staff were outstanding—polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any needs, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was reasonably priced, served in generous portions, and of excellent quality. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The room was spotlessly clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in both service and comfort, making it a place I would highly recommend

Great for a family or group trip - spacious suites with room to gather. Prompt service. The kitchen is empty, no plates, knives, pots/pans. Breakfast is okay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the high speed rail (Taizicheng) and walking distance to restaurants and the equipment rental hall. Access to the hot springs is included.

The location is great. Easy to reach by train with free shuttle bus provided to and from the station. Also free shuttle bus around the resort. The room was excellent. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a living area and kitchenette for a great price. Very comfortable beds and lovely and warm. Lovely showers in the 2 bathrooms. Very close to skiing facilities - could get to all the gear rental and slopes right from behind the hotel. Breakfast was decent - my children found a few things they liked. Mostly Chinese but a few western things like baked goods. The resort is huge with most of the facilities based in another building a short walk away. The kids play zone is great but extra money and was unfortunately closed for 2 of our 3 days in Thaiwoo. No pool here. Fantastic for skiing and all staff we met were really friendly, kind and helpful.

5/5 stars! Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service from Jason Wen and Tom - their warm hospitality made us feel right at home! We were even treated to a complimentary room upgrade, complete with a stunning balcony view! The hotel's convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from the town center, made exploring a breeze. While shopping options nearby are limited, the HU WA restaurant on the hotel's first floor is a must-try, serving delicious dishes at affordable prices! Breakfast at the hotel was impressive, with a wide variety of options and top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, comfortable stay, and great location! A special tip for snow ski/board beginners: this resort is an excellent place to start! However, consider renting equipment in town, as prices are nearly half compared to other ski resorts. Although the rental fees are higher here, the equipment and clothing are relatively new, less than a year old.

Good to go for ski but the lines for daily ski tickets are very long in the morning. They don't sell 1 day or 2 days in advance which is very inconvenient. The lines are empty after during and after dinner time. Buy the package with ski ticket is recommended as it costs rmb3xx per person for 4 hrs.

🎿去崇禮滑雪之前一直在研究雪場和酒店 最後決賽圈：阿那亞 萬龍 雲頂 雲頂最近🈶博百利的快閃咖啡店可以打卡 然後又是奧運同款 最終選擇雲頂 在酒店裡選擇了山麓酒店@山麓酒店 （推薦🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟）選擇的原因超簡單 性價比高 雖然價格看上去貴 但他含雪票🎫 像我這種第一次滑雪的 最適合不過 不用動腦子 整個風格很日式 山麓可以滑進滑出 酒店負一樓就有口 出去直接是雪場 負一樓可以租雪具啥的 房卡就是雪卡 拿到房卡去A區直接激活一下 就可以去滑雪啦 可以選擇入住當天白天或者第二天白天去滑 本來想省點 小🍠上找了個外面的雪具租賃 結果放🐦了！！！沒有誠信！！！最終在酒店租的 過程都很順利 我鞋子穿的不對 工作人員直接指出並且幫忙教我👍很貼心 房間總體來説我定的非景觀大床房（景觀的直對滑雪場 風景好 推薦）房間很大 並沒有小🍠上面説的小 而且有桌子 榻榻米 冰箱 還蠻大的 別的博主測評隔音差 這個確實 但是這是酒店的通病 介意的小夥伴還是慎重 但是總體體驗還是很好的 走到哪兒都會有工作人員幫忙拿行李啥的🧳有啥問題直接找工作人員也會很貼心解決🥹 這一次剛滑雪就把腰摔了 體驗了一把滑雪的盡頭是骨科 摔後腰不敢動 全程都是酒店王博王經理1對1服務 幫我們聯繫🚑房間溝通等 很負責👍（温馨提示🔔腰間盤突出滑雪⛷️一定一定要當心！！） 總的來説還是很推薦的！！唯一的遺憾就是咖啡店還沒來得及打卡[哭惹R] 也沒滑多久❄️就🚑了 啊啊啊啊btw 負一樓的湖南菜味道🉑 我點的雙人套餐 味道棒棒的！推薦啊！！

We stayed with a family of four at a Tatami Suite. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There were lots of snacks and fresh fruit at our arrival. The staff were welcoming and accommodating at any of our requests. There are lots of restaurants and facilities in the area such as hot springs and ski resorts. Hope to be back here again. 10/10

Basic room but worth the price. The reception is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in the cafeteria is Chinese style and tastes good. The cafeteria serves lunch and dinner at a cheap price, important is the food tastes good. Location is convenient if come from Taizicheng railway station. Free shuttle service provided according to high speed train time table. There is bus with RMB2/person from Taizicheng railway station. If out from the high speed train time table. Near to Taiwoo town, about 15 mins walk. There is free shuttle service too. This is not ski in ski out hotel.

三大一小去崇禮玩，臨時起意，很多酒店都沒房了，最後選擇了這裏，經濟實惠評分也不低。 整體感覺不錯。我們15點多抵達，酒店有自己的地下停車場，就在酒店旁邊，但不連通，需要把行李箱推到路面來，再進入酒店大堂。停車場有個看車大爺，晚上如果開車出去，最好22:30、大爺下班前返回。 網頁説14點後可以入住，我們15點多抵達，但被告知沒房，需要等待服務員清潔。孩子玩了一上午很困，衹好在大堂沙發上睡午覺。我看大堂有好幾家顧客都在等待入住。（第一張照片） 除了入住時的小波折外，其他都還順利。有一張2米大床，同屋一張1米2小床，等於主卧可以睡3個人。客廳旁邊有一個不帶門的小隔間，裏面有1米5的床，我帶孩子睡覺正好。 洗浴設施齊全。大浴巾好像衹給了兩條，有點少。 不含早飯，早飯去附近外面找，有一家早餐店出門左轉，幾步路就到了，早上人氣特別火爆，味道也很好。
