"My overall experience at the Pullman Zhuhai was fantastic. The hotel's location near Gongbei Port makes it super convenient for getting around, whether you're heading into the city or over to Macau. The lobby's modern and minimalist design, with a touch of French elegance, instantly puts you at ease the moment you walk in. The room itself was spacious and well-laid out, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The bedding was just right – soft yet supportive – and I slept soundly for several nights. My favorite feature was definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, offering city views that became especially atmospheric when the lights came on at night. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower with stable water pressure, which was a big plus. The service truly deserves praise. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and professional. Housekeeping was also very responsive; I asked for extra bottled water, and it arrived within minutes. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, and the quality was excellent. I particularly recommend the freshly made egg station and noodle bar."

"Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and the staff were exceptionally warm and efficient. We also used the luggage storage, which was very convenient. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately immersed in a futuristic, oceanic atmosphere, with a star-studded ceiling and marine creature decor – absolutely stunning. The elevators resemble deep-sea tunnels, displaying different deep-sea wonders as you ascend, which was incredibly novel. The room was cozy and comfortable with great natural light, and our child loved it. The balcony offered a wonderful view. All amenities were complete and of good quality; the bedding was comfortable, and the duvet and pillows were soft and warm. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the footstool for kids and the toilet seat were such thoughtful touches – definitely a big thumbs up. The hotel also offered interactive activities like flash card games, which were both fun and helped develop our child's skills. Every detail showed how much care they put in. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and the shuttle bus operates on a regular schedule with clear directions, so there's no need to worry about getting around. The staff were enthusiastic and highly efficient. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Excellent location within 5 mins walking distance from Gongbei port and Zhuhai HSR station. Hotel has a well equipped gym and free laundry service. Despite being a non smoking floor or room, many of the rooms still have a smoke smell. The intern receptionist assisted me to change the room twice to a non-smoking room. The rooms are not well sound proof as you can hear the people talking along the corridor but the hotel has kindly provided free ear plugs in the room for usage. Receptionist Yang is thoughtful and gives out free eye masks during check out."

I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied! "The room was decent. Overall, it was clean and tidy. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a good night's sleep. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless and odor-free. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent water pressure in the shower and stable hot water. The soundproofing in the room was good; I barely heard any outside noise, which allowed me to get plenty of rest during my trip. As for amenities, there was a good variety of TV channels, stable Wi-Fi, and the air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating. My only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small, leaving limited space to move around once my suitcase was open. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the staff were warm and attentive."

The surrounding area is bustling; downstairs, there's Starbucks, McDonald's, and various small eateries. You can walk to Fuhuali Commercial Area and Xiawan Night Market, so you'll never have to worry about finding food and entertainment in the evening. After a delicious meal, you can stroll along Lover's Road and enjoy the sea breeze – it's incredibly pleasant. The parent-child facilities really captivated both me and my child! We booked the little yellow duck family room, and as soon as we entered, my child shrieked with joy. The room was full of cute elements, with bunk beds and a super-large double bed, providing ample space for a family of four. The room had an exclusive bathtub, mini toiletries, and kids' slippers, and even a special toilet seat for young children – the attention to detail was so thoughtful. The huge children's playground on the sixth floor let my child completely burn off energy, finally allowing us parents to relax. We could even order takeout and have a robot deliver it to our room – very high-tech. Room comfort was top-notch! The bedding was as soft as clouds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom with its wet/dry separation was immaculate. The smart toilet with heating function was incredibly comfortable, especially during humid southern weather. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent lighting. In the evening, we snuggled on the sofa and watched shows on the projector, with picture quality so clear it felt like a mini-cinema. The smart home system, with voice control for lights and air conditioning, was a blessing for lazy people. Service was heartwarming to the core! The front desk ladies were as friendly as old friends. We arrived early, and since our room wasn't ready, they proactively gave our child tokens for the claw machine and patiently recommended sightseeing routes and local delicacies. Fearing we might forget, they even sent us a written guide. When I wanted an extra thin blanket, it was delivered within 5 minutes after a phone call. The cleaning auntie, seeing I wasn't feeling well, even offered to boil water for me. Upon check-out, we received a souvenir gift. Throughout our stay, we felt truly valued and cared for. While the breakfast didn't boast an overwhelming variety, it was exquisite and nutritious, offering Chinese porridge, Cantonese dim sum, Western bread, and milk – enough to fuel us for the day ahead. The hotel also has a gym, laundry room, and executive lounge, catering to both business travelers and family vacations. The value for money absolutely surpasses other hotels in the same price range! It's incredibly convenient; you can return to rest when you're tired from exploring, and there's a quick access通道 from the hotel rooms directly into the park. Hygiene: As it's a family-friendly hotel, the hygiene is good. Service: All the staff at the hotel were excellent and even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. A special shout-out to the hotel's dedicated Penguin Butler 2 (responds instantly on WeChat, very responsive! Provides free information on show times, how to explore, and various other inquiries! Highly recommend!). The hotel bus goes to various transportation hubs, and the 30-day free luggage storage is unbelievable!! Five-star rating!!! Dinner: We chose the breakfast and dinner package. It's impressive if you can even try all the options at the buffet in two days; there's a huge variety of food, including seafood that I didn't have to queue for! Truly comprehensive. <Complimentary Room Upgrade> 2-day 1-night Unlimited Access for Two (Ocean Kingdom): Since we were 'weekend warriors,' this package was essentially enough for us (as a couple, without children – if you're traveling with kids, I'd recommend 3 days and 2 nights; unlimited access is really great)."

"The location is great and it's very clean. They even provide slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes for kids, which is a thoughtful touch. The only downside is the lack of a laundry room, and the paid laundry service is extremely expensive, making it unsuitable for longer stays. Also, the complimentary amusement park and ice park tickets are combined, meaning one ticket for both. I had planned for the younger child to go to the amusement park and the older one to the ice park, but they couldn't be used simultaneously, so I ended up buying an extra ticket. Additionally, the exhaust fan in the room is quite loud, and I was worried about poor air quality if I turned it off."

"I took my family to Zhuhai Chimelong for the weekend and stumbled upon this ocean-themed guesthouse nearby. I was immediately captivated by the pictures and booked it without hesitation! We chose the Ice and Snow Kingdom Castle room 🏰. Walking down the hallway from the elevator to our room felt like we were underwater. When we opened the door, we were amazed – it was a complete underwater castle. It features a two-story, ocean-themed round bed, a spiral slide directly from the second to the first floor, a tent ⛺, a ride-on toy, a rocking horse, and all sorts of facilities that kids love. They also thoughtfully provided children's disposable toiletries, a washbasin, and adorable shark slippers, making it very convenient for kids to use without needing to bring their own. What's even more considerate is the little butler service that allowed us to pre-order breakfast for the next morning. There were three set menus to choose from, and we could also book the delivery time in advance. The next day, a dedicated person or a robot delivered it right on time."
