I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Wow, where to begin. My husband and I brought our 3 year old to Mallorca after moving half way across the world. It was our first break from craziness in a year, and we were lured by the direct flight from our city to visit Mallorca for a week after Christmas.  I found the Elba Sunset after doing a bit of research on where to stay on the island. First, and most importantly, I want to say an immeasurable thank you to the entire staff of the Elba. When I say, I could not have imagined how relaxing, joyful, kind, thoughtful, and generous the staff of this establishment could be, I mean it. They are all truly, truly amazing. (Apologies in advance if names are spelled incorrectly!).I specifically want to thank Marta, Elise, Adrian, Christiane, Henry, Paula, Pedro, the whole cleaning staff, and truly every person I encountered there, for making this vacation, one we really desperately needed, so wonderful. Our son Hugo was embraced and coddled by everyone he met, and was completely accepted and showered with love wherever we went in the hotel. Speaking of the hotel. We were there in the off season, and I cannot recommend it enough. The stunning location, the sun, the bright spacious room with a beautiful sea view, the pool (albeit freezing...not that my husband and son cared!), the spa, and the restaurant overlooking the water. 100 out of 10 for the people who make the Elba Sunset the magical place that it is. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel besonders für Urlauber, die mit dem Auto anreisen, absolut empfehlen. Die Lage ist in dieser Hinsicht wirklich sehr praktisch: Das Hotel bietet eigene kostenpflichtige Parkplätze, auch wenn diese nur begrenzt verfügbar sind. Darüber hinaus gibt es in der näheren Umgebung gute Möglichkeiten, kostenlos zu parken – sofern man nicht zu spät am Abend zurückkommt. Ein echtes Highlight ist die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels auf einer Klippe mit herrlichem Ausblick. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die schöne, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse mit Pool, die zum Entspannen und Genießen einlädt. Auch die Umgebung ist ideal für einen Urlaub: Es gibt viele Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sodass man sich dort sehr gut erholen und die Zeit genießen kann. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem das hoteleigene Restaurant. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und ausgesprochen reichhaltig.

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Valentin Grand Park Suite Hotel. The hotel was a great choice for our trip, and we especially appreciated how much there was for the children to enjoy. One of the highlights for us was the evening entertainment. The shows were really enjoyable and professionally done, with something for both adults and children. It was lovely to be able to finish the day together as a family, enjoying a great show and a relaxed atmosphere. The kids’ club was another big highlight. Our children had a fantastic time there and really enjoyed the activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable leaving the kids to have fun while we had a little time to ourselves. It was great to see how happy and excited they were to go back. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing family holiday. We would happily stay here again!

Отель находится в красивом округе Санта Понса - горы, зелень, море. Номера просторные и есть балкон. Спокойный район ( можно поспать ночью). На территории отеля два бассейна -взрослый и для детей , есть анимация. Пешком за 15-17 минут можно дойти до пляжа . Рядом есть магазины , кафе. Из минусов : нет кофемашины 🥲 Оплата на территории отеля/в кафе только картой. Постельное белье было с запахом сырости. Если вы покидаете комнату , то перестает работать холодильник ( поэтому просите вторую магнитную карту, иначе еда в холодильнике испортиться).

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Hotel has good location because it’s by the beach and there’s a nice boardwalk with good restaurants and bars/clubs nearby but not close enough where it’s loud. Hotel is good for folks of all ages and we saw families, couples and groups of friends. View of the ocean was nice and a lot of amenities like pool, gym, arcade, etc. The main drawback was/is parking. Hotel has 12 or so spots and if you come back after 6pm it’s hard to find a spot. There is public parking nearby but it’s very difficult to find spot/ park. We spent 30 min wondering trying to find anything. Room was also not very clean. Cups and spoons didn’t get cleaned/refresh. Floor was also sandy. Also bed was two twin beds pushed together which was a bit annoying. We got a good price and we are satisfied, but would probably look somewhere else next time unless we got a super great price.
