Fantastic location and a very comfortable hotel. Excellent service. My only complaint was having to pay 25 euros to use the sauna during the day so we didn't - think at the price we paid for the room it should have been included, but otherwise perfect. The breakfast options were unbelievable.

Excellent hotel with a superb location right in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The facilities were good and well-maintained, and everything was clean and comfortable. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Location is perfect! Train station is 3mins walk and there’s 2 supermarkets within 5mins walk! Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Room is clean, spacious and cosy. There’s no TV but there are games, TV and dining areas with hot drinks at the lobby. Highly recommended, a great find!

Very convenience. Walking distance to train station. The breakfast is buffet and variety. The room clean. Very friendly staff and the most important with luggage storage area. Convenience for those arrived early.

Room is big and near to airport very convenient for those who transit in Helsinki they provide shuttle bus

家族旅行でトリプルルームを利用しました。 部屋の中に洗面台はありますが、シャワーとトイレは共用でした。 部屋の中が少し埃っぽいような感じがしましたが、窓を開けて換気ができるので問題ありませんでした。 水回りはとても綺麗で、下水の臭いなども気になりませんでした。 シャワーは1室しかありませんが、タイミングを見て入れば大丈夫です。 タオルは部屋にバスタオルとフェイスタオルが1枚ずつ、ボディソープとシャンプーが備え付けでありました。 共用のキッチンがとても便利で、スーパーで買ったものを調理して食べることができました。 コーヒーや紅茶のサービスもありました。 チェックアウトの際に廊下に荷物を置くことができ、預かってもらえました。 またヘルシンキに訪れることがあれば是非利用したいです。

I love this place! If i ever come back to Finland i will definitely stay here again. It’s right in the city centre and walking distance to the main city’s attractions . You can even walk to Senate Square!! The place itself is very clean, very complete with kitchen appliances which and also Muslim friendly as it got bidet… it is easy to check in with the code as well!!

I had a comfortable stay at Omena Hotel Helsinki City Centre. The location is perfect—right in the city center, close to the main station and shops. The room was clean and had all the basics, and check-in was easy with a digital code. No daily housekeeping or luggage storage after check-out, but great for a short stay.
