"Hôtel idéalement situé sur Istron Bay, tout proche de Voulisma beach, Agios Nikolaos, Eloundao ou encore Ierapetra pour atteindre par bateau Chrissi Island. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine entière dans une superbe chambre avec vue sur la Istron Bay ! Une vue magnifique ! L'accueil a été remarquable digne d'un 5 étoiles ! 🙏🙏 Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix. L'hôtel nous a organisé un dîner sur la baie pour une grande occasion, ce fut MAGNIFIQUE ! 🙏😁MERCI à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil, votre générosité et votre bienveillance... Nous y retournerons sûrement !! "

"We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. ."

"„Traumhafte Hotelanlage mit echter Gastfreundschaft“ Eine der schönsten Hotelanlagen, in denen ich je gewesen bin. Im April und Anfang Mai war es wunderbar ruhig und entspannt. Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man spürt sofort, dass dort echte Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist mir die blonde Dame an der Rezeption, die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren jeden Tag fantastisch – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Mein Lieblingsort war der wunderschöne Lounge-Bereich rund um die Bar. Dort konnte man tagsüber in sehr eleganter und entspannter Atmosphäre sitzen und den traumhaften Blick aufs Meer genießen. Auch dort waren die Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich."

"L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est sympa, en revanche la nourriture du room service est une catastrophe pas du tout digne d’un 5 étoiles, la piscine prévu dans la chambre est complètement froide donc impossible de se baigner et faites attention au imagés quand vous réservez le début de notre séjour était vu sur parking alors que nous avions réservé vu sur mer, enfin bref je recommande pas forcément car une partie de notre voyage à était gâché à cause de ces différents aléas"
