Amaizing place , modern ,clean ,comfortable easy to connect with the public transport .The communication with the reception smooth and very friendly.overall I do recommend this place ❤️

Wir waren echt begeistert. Das Zimmer super sauber. Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Sogar eine Mikrowelle, ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, Kaffeepedmaschiene, Wasserkocher, Kochplatten und Kochgeschirr ect. Besonders hat uns das kleine Willkommensgeschenk überrascht. Die Lage ist auch perfekt. Gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park und links davon sind Restaurants die wirklich empfehlenswert sind. In der darunterliegenden Stasse gibt es (gebührenpflichtige) Parkmöglichkeiten. Zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss. Einfach eine perfekte Unterkunft🤣

The pros: It is located close to every public amenity necessary to make your visit worth it. The Internet connection is good. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will rebook if I happen to visit again. The cons: Running these homes entirely remotely with only cleaners who do not speak a word of English is a big flop. I and other occupants had issues and had to reach out to admin in Germany for solution. Imagine the cleaner assigned me to a different room, then packed up my belongings to a storeroom including my groceries in the fridge, whereas I had 7am flight to catch the next morning. I got back to the apartment by 10pm to find out, the cleaners would only come once in a day, meaning no human contacts. Imagine the frenzy to recover my items and travel the next day. Till date, the company has refused to make any compensations.

Friendly staff, they have a solution for every problem, the hotel is clean, and the rooms are tidy and attractive. If you stay for 3 or more weeks, you pay a deposit that you'll get back upon checkout. I had a very pleasant stay.

The room was comfortable. Location was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym was ok.

We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was really nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a free street parking in front of the hotel. Many restaurants and shops in a walking distance from the hotel. Very close to the port to take the ferry to any island. The only negative thing we found was that we can hear the disturbing noise from the street and the walkway in front of the room almost all night.

this is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The service is very good. The rooms are a decent quality and have been recently refurbished. The room I was in was small but as I arrived late at night and left early in the morning it was perfect. It was also winter and I was grateful that it was nice and warm. There are a couple of little steps in the room I was in just in case you have mobility issues. The area is safe and well lit at night and close to the Airport bus stop. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed for a late arrival.

Hotel is located in a very convenient area. Staff is very polite and the rooms are very clean,comfortable and tidy. Pricing is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend it

The location is very convenient and overall the room was clean however there was an overwhelming and unpleasant smell of cigarettes in the room which made the stay unbearable. We checked out earlier due to this and had a very poor night sleep.

По этой цене нормально.Рядом порт.Но комнаты старые со времён Аристотеля.Розеток нет чтобы зарядить телефон.Из за забастовки я не мог приехать 28 февраля.Попросил поменять без доплаты на 29. Мне не поменяли.Надо было отменять бронь и снова бронировать по двойной цене.Так нельзя делать.По вине Blu Star государственной компании я не мог прибыть на пароме .В туалете из крана вода течет прямо на унитаз.
