"Riverside Hotel Laos adalah hotel yang agak dekat dengan Sungai Mekong, boleh berjalan kaki ke pasar gelap dengan cepat, dan merupakan lokasi pusat seperti Hor Kham, boleh berjalan kaki ke Pasar Si Hom dengan mudah. Ia adalah hotel yang bagus, hotel yang ok pada tahap tertentu, boleh diterima. Sarapan pagi mencukupi untuk tetamu, tetapi jika tetamu ramai pada satu hari, mungkin tidak ada meja yang mencukupi."

"This was my last of 3 one-night stays here and I arrived late, about 10.20pm as I took the last train from Luang Prabang. A staff member welcomed me when I got off my car ride and offered to take my bag. I think I had a free upgrade as the room was bigger than what I stayed for my 2nd visit but again the power sockets were not near the bed but at the entrance and dressing table. Tried their toast and hot chocolate and it was a simple but nice breakfast (can't really expect anything for the price of the room). :)"

"Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were extremely spacious and staff was kind and accommodating to any request. There is a food court in the hotel which was extremely handy. The breakfast was just ok tho, a lot of choice but it tasted quite plane. The hotel also had laundry service and room services which we used and it was perfect. I would say I overall comfortable stay and very good if you are business traveler for tourism I think there are more charming places to stay in Vientian."

"Great location! Really nice rooms and private bathrooms. We'll absolutely be staying again on our next trip to Vientiane. Make sure you check out Cafe Sinouk while there - super great place to eat. Also, very closeby is a wonderful coffee shop called RAW Cafe"

"I stayed here for one night and overall had a good experience. The place was very quiet, maybe because it’s an older building, but it was peaceful and affordable, especially for solo travelers. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. They provided everything I needed, including a hair dryer, soap, and hot and cold shower facilities. They also offer breakfast and have meals available downstairs, which was very convenient. The only thing I noticed was that the building felt a bit old, and the vibe was slightly different from newer accommodations. However, once I settled in, everything was completely fine. To be honest, I was a little scared at first because the room was quite large and I was staying alone, but that was just me overthinking! The location is great and close to everything you might need. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay."

"By far, it is the best hotel of its kind in Vientiane! To me, it is perfect in almost every aspect, from location (so close to the night market!), the facilities (especially the pool!) to the breakfast (superb variety and taste!). A hotel that you would want to repeat your stay if you can."

"Newly opened hotel located at the French Street. Very good location to go around. Restaurants, bars, massage centres, Big C Mini all nearby. MAG UXO Visitor Information Centre, Wat Sisaket, Mekong River, Patuxai, Talat Sao, Parkson, COPE Visitor Centre within 2-35mins walking distance. The owner & staffs keep giving me free bottled water & other beverages. They even offer complimentary usage of their washing machine, dryer and kitchen for all guests. The price you paid is definitely worth it! Will stay here again if i return to Vientiane."

Your hotel truly offers exceptional value for money, and I was especially impressed by the outstanding service provided by your lobby manager, Ms. Gao. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression . On the day of our arrival, our flight landed very early at 8:00 AM. We were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful that she arranged an early check-in for us and even allowed us to enjoy breakfast at the restaurant. Such thoughtful and generous service is truly rare. During the Lao New Year, the music outside was quite loud at night. Ms. Gao repeatedly apologized for the noise, even though it was completely beyond her control. We fully understand that this is part of the festive atmosphere, and her sincerity was greatly appreciated. Additionally, when we did not have enough local currency, she kindly assisted us in exchanging money at a very reasonable rate, which made things much easier for us. On the second day, there was a citywide power outage due to a local fire. Despite the inconvenience, Ms. Gao went above and beyond—she even stood by with a flashlight in the restroom area to assist while we finished breakfast. We were still able to enjoy freshly prepared food, including noodle soup, fried rice, and salad. Given the price, this level of service was truly exceptional. The room itself was also excellent—everything was new, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I would especially like to commend the fully automatic bathroom facilities, which were a delightful touch. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The level of care, attention, and hospitality we received over these two days was outstanding. Thank you once again for such a memorable experience.
