"Hotel is old. It has bed bugs as well. Aircon is too cold and there is no option to lower the temp since the control is not woking. Hubby and i got sick due to molds. I ask if we could change room but since it is fully book daw. They cannot do about it. Location and price is superb. However, it is really regret on my end."

"Lim Ket Kai Luxe has been my go-to hotel in Cagayan de Oro. Mainly because there are very few choices. Rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet has enough selections and variety. It is most ideal because of its location. Accessible to all sorts of transportation (public, TNVS, etc), while it is geographically far from the Laguindingan Airport, the airport shuttle service terminal is located strategically at the Lim Ket Kai Mall nearby. A big plus for those who plan to commute to and from the airport. The hotel also has a decent swimming pool and fitness and wellness center (although I didn't get to visit and use this trip)."

Very courteous and helpful staff, from the entrance guard to the concierge, to the front desk and even the F&B staff and housekeeping! Everyone welcomes and greets you with a smile. The location is strategic, right at the heart of the city. Being adjacent to Ayala Mall Centrio is a plus too. You get to shop and dine and relax - all in the same area (building). Although it would have been nice to have a direct access from the hotel lobby to the mall (without having to go outside). Seda Centrio is the perfect choice for business travelers on official trips or families on vacation. The small gym has enough equipment for a chill workout and the pool is big enough to do some early. morning laps. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was pretty good too!

Nelly!Probably the tiniest room I’ve ever stayed in. Cleanliness is passable but it’s dusty where you don’t usually see like the top of the ac. Did not like the velvety headboard either cause it’s more prone to dust mites and bedbugs. I left the place with a couple of bites on my back.
Feels cramped and it has no windows. Good that the exhaust from the toilet is working. There’s no moldy smell, which is a good thing. It’s great that there’s a smart tv. They serve breakfast but did not avail cause I left very early in the morning to go to the terminal.
I guess it’s ok just to sleep for a night. I will stay again but will choose a bigger room with windows.
Also, it’s cheaper to walk in cause bfast is already included in their rates.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word.
The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam.
I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

The room is fine, its just that when I request for cleaning, they did floor sweeping only as its beyond 5pm and no housekeeping is available. But when we came back, the room smelled like poop. 😒 we just clean the floor with a wet wipes since they cant do anything as the housekeeping is only available during 8-5pm 🙄

The room is ok for me because the aircon is cold enough, the shower though not strong but has warm water flowing.
Soap is given, the other amenities u can buy in market city.
Wifi is good.
A good basic room for that affordable price.
It s just good for resting, no other services.
Keep up the good work win min inn.. keep it clean.
Maybe a new coat of paint soon.
