Three bedrooms, master with private bath and sliding glass doors to a large deck and hot tub for 8 people.Bedroom #2 has a 3/4 full size bed and a twin, bedroom #3 has a pair of twin beds.All bedding is new Jameson Marriott five star mattresses. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful tile bath. The den has a full size fold out sofa bed for overflow, or kids that want to stay up late and watch a movie on Netflix or from our video library. The house is close to the Music Center and only 4 short blocks from the center of town so you can walk to great restaurants, shops and breweries. Ample seating to dine al fresco on the back flagstone patio. Inside the home is full of color and happiness. New granite countertops and a sunny, fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances. This is a 2-story home (1 queen bedroom downstairs, 1 queen & 1 king upstairs) with bamboo floors and tile in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Full laundry facilities with a new Maytag washer and dryer. The home also has a water filtration system with filtered water at the kitchen sink. Plush Biltmore towels and clean linens will be provided for you. Upstairs, there is a bonus kids playroom that has a twin bed in a nook. We do have a pack and play available upon request. Away from the noise of the main highway, but within walking distance of downtown (1/2 mile) and so many delicious restaurants, breweries and cool shops. Then you can come back to "your home away from home" and relax. There is a garage attached to the house for you to use during your stay. There is so much to do in Brevard and the surrounding area! Enjoy the property's lush gardens with flowers from April through October. There is a fountain patio with rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, and sun umbrellas perfect for relaxing in the morning with your coffee or unwinding at the end of the day with your favorite beverage. There is also a fire pit with outdoor furniture for making s’mores.For all ages, we have equipment to give you a great workout. There is a Ninja rig built by an American Ninja Warrior, a climbing wall, and, behind the fence, a fort with swings, a climbing dome, and a trampoline with a safety net and covered springs.The screened porch’s seating allows you to kick your feet up and breathe in the fresh mountain air, or enjoy a meal or morning coffee at the cafe table, with the backdrop of flower gardens, songbirds, white squirrels, and rabbits. The owner lives in the main house on the property and is available to help you whenever needed.
