The 6.38% sales tax for Summit County and the State of Colorado is automatically collected by VRBO at the time of your initial reservation but the 6.0% sales tax plus $3.95 credit card fee for the Village of Copper Mountain will be collected separately by us shortly AFTER your reservation when we send you a new Payment Request for the additional sales tax.• For four or less occupants, there is NO additional charge beyond the daily room rate but we charge an extra $45.00 per person per night if you have more than four occupants since our Cleaning Service will have to set-up (and eventually pack-down) the two Italian designed / manufactured Roll-Away beds.• We offer an optional mid-stay cleaning (clean towels, clean bed sheets, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of the kitchen, extra vanity and bathroom) for an additional cost of $75.00 plus applicable sales tax. COMPLETE REMODEL West Lake LodgeWe replaced the flooring throughout with all weather luxury vinyl and the bathrooms have all new tile floors. We have 3 new bathrooms, 2 of them have walk-in showers, one has a tub/shower combo. Fresh paint, lighting, and fixtures throughout! Our favorite upgrade is the unobstructed view of the river, lake, and ski lifts from the open, large family room with fireplace. The modern, fully stocked kitchen is open to dining and family room, large open space for groups. The TV is mounted and can be angled for optimal viewing. We have 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has 2 queen size beds. 4 total beds for all different type travel companions, no bunk beds! Master has mounted TV as well. New furniture as well.Congratulations! You've just found a hidden gem. This spacious two bedroom and three FULL bath condo is located in the Copper Mountain Village and offers almost 1400 square feet of comfort and convenience.A short walk gives access to the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts, Center Village restaurants and shops, including a local grocery, liquor stores, ski and snowboard rental and more.
