This seasonal cabin dates from the 1930s but offers all of the amenities you could ask for. It has two-bedrooms, an updated bath, a huge deck, a large dock and an outdoor fire pit. Pets are welcome (maximum 2) for a $95 cleaning fee. The main bedroom features a queen bed while the second bedroom has a new twin-over-full bunk bed. The wide open kitchen showcases beautifully-restored exposed beams and peak. It has everything you need to cook and entertain, including a 15.6 cubic-foot. fridge, new microwave, Keurig Duo, four-burner electric range with oven. The sitting room features a bay window with beautiful views of the lake, a cozy couch, a 32-inch TV and an air conditioner. The unique bar nook has a handmade bar, sitting chair and record player/Bluetooth speaker combo. An outdoor shed includes an apartment-size washer/dryer.The outdoor spaces are the star of the show! The large deck overlooks Kayuta Lake offering stunning views of the water and landscape. It features patio seating for four, a standup round bar overlooking the lake and a brand new Weber grill. There is an easy walk down to the dock for access to the water for swimming or boating.
