LaMoyne’s Place is within the historic district of Jefferson and an easy walk to local restaurants and shopping. LaMoyne’s is perfect for a couple, small family or girls getaway! This 1940s house has been meticulously updated inside and out! You will enjoy a living room with large smart tv and Netflix or login to your own apps. The kitchen is equipped with Big Chill appliances and enough dishes and cooking equipment for any meals you choose to make (but why would you?! It’s Jefferson with some of the best restaurants to enjoy!). There is a washer and dryer for your use in the twin bedroom. The outdoor patio includes a propane grill and gas firepit. Max of four people. Additional fee is for any guest over two guests that sleeps in a bed. No additional fee for infants who sleep in your pack n play type bed. If you need to use my pack n play, please let me know. I would appreciate the age/sex of each child so I can have the space set up properly. House is available except for an owner’s closet in each bedroom. She-shed is off limits as is the garage.
