Newly built house located in Lutsen, MN. Great for families and large groups! Lots of space to kick back and relax and enjoy what Lutsen has to offer! Near Lutsen Mountain Ski Resort (9 minute drive), Superior National Golf Course (8 minute drive), hiking and snowmobile trails and much more!A few things to note: we are located about 2 miles inland from Lake Superior. This house is a new build and we haven't had a chance to complete any landscaping yet (there's concrete patio behind the house).You will have the entire home during your stay which has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 2 bedrooms are located on the main level and 3rd is located in the loft (please note the loft is not fully enclosed and overlooks the living room/kitchen so noise is able to travel easily from that area). King bed located in each bedroom on the main level. The loft also has 2 king beds as well as a pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping space. There are 3 twin sized foldable beds also on site. You will have your own fully stocked kitchen. Lots of natural light and great spaces to lounge and relax during your stay!This place has the ability to sleep up to 12 guests but the space may be most comfortable with 8-10 adults or less.
