Located on the banks of the White River in Flippin, Arkansas, you are only five miles from a Walmart Supercenter, three miles from a county airport, and just a few miles from restaurants and coffee shops. A paved county road leads down to the home, which sits behind a privacy gate providing even more peace and quiet in a country setting.The recently renovated 2,500 square foot three bedroom, two bath home is situated between the stretch of river known as Tucker Shoals and Wildcat Shoals and only eight miles downstream from Bull Shoals Dam - arguably the best section of the river for both numbers and quality of fish. A private dock and easy access to a private ramp nearby makes accessing the water next to unbeatable. Store your boat in the stall free of charge during the entire stay. If you don’t have your own boat, or aren’t experienced on the river, we recommend hiring a guide for a day of fishing on the river; all of which we can help arrange through our numerous connections to the area.
