South Cape Beach State Park is one mile from the house making it a quick drive or a nice walk. The house which has approximately 2321 sq ft has a fenced in backyard and has conservation area behind the house so the back yard feels bigger! The master bedroom with its temperpedic king size mattress is located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a big sliding door to the deck. The bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and sitting area. The second bedroom on the first floor is twin bedroom. The washer and dryer is located near the bedrooms. Bring a beach chair for a day in the sun, or enjoy an amazing sunset over Waquiot Bay at night. The island is 1 and1/2 miles long, making it great for a walk or a bike ride where you can take in the views of wildlife and beautiful homes. South Cape Beach(3.5 miles), Mashpee Commons(2.5 miles), New Seabury(2 miles), and Popponessett Market Place are just a few places that are a short drive from the home. Falmouth center(15 minutes) and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard are also located close by.~Getting Around~The cottage includes parking for 2 cars as you will need to drive most places. Uber and Lyft are also good inexpensive options. There are a few taxi companies that service the area as well.
