A few things you should know. - this unit does not have an AC unit, the upstairs does which keeps the temperature in the basement around 70 degrees. The property is located on a busier street but in a nice neighborhood. - The unit is the bottom floor of a duplex. The units are completely separate.The equestrian center behind the house is nice, it makes the house very private and it's fun to see the horses, however, sometimes you can smell the horses outside.
