This cabin is immediately adjacent to the Moose Pass swimming hole and often in the summer you will hear the joyful noises of kids jumping off the diving platform.This beautiful log cabin tucked away in a wooded setting will charm you the moment you pull in the driveway. The property is calm and quiet, however, please note that the cabin is fairly close to the Seward Highway and during high traffic times (mid-morning and mid-afternoon), you will hear traffic-related noise from the highway. It is available to rent as well and would be the perfect compliment to a large group traveling together. The cabin was built in 1982 and as such, there are quirks that come with its age.This log cabin has everything you need, beautifully built, cozy stove that provides perfect warmth. The cabin itself is spacious, clean, nicely decorated and really well-kept. And the bed is top quality. Out the front door, there's a deck with a lounge chair.There is a queen bed in the loft and a double, pull-out bed in the brand new couch. The living room is open to the kitchen and has a dining set for four + people. The cabin has quality furnishings throughout with hand chosen furniture, bedding, appliances and décor. We perform a quality check on the cabin prior to your arrival, which will ensure you of a wonderful experience.The only way to get around in Moose Pass is to have your own car. There is no public transportation or taxi cabs.
