Our property spans 4.5 acres of forest on Mount Desert Island. You are welcome to walk the manicured paths and relax and rest in the chairs, benches, hammock, etc. that you find throughout the property.The basement apartment has two spacious bedrooms, a common area, and a bathroom with shower.A microwave, 10 cubic feet refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, and a bucket dehumidifier are included in the common area. A Crock pot is available. A large fan can be found in each bedroom.Parking area has standard and 14-3 access.If you use the canoes or kayaks all individuals must wear life jackets (available and provided).We do have a right-of-way to Long Pond.
