My home provides a private distance and is detached. I offer two LL Bean cruising bikes and kayaks for your use no charge. (Use of bikes and kayaks are at your own risk owner is not responsible for injuries with both or shore injury). )Located between Schoodic Peninsula and Ellsworth both just 15 minutes away. Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park are about a 30-40 min drive. Your dog is welcome if housebroken. The upstairs level has a master bedroom overlooking the main floor, a full bath, laundry, walk-in closet and office with exercise equipment.The main level features vaulted ceilings with a central, 2-sided fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, dining room, great room, a massive covered deck, a bedroom and bathroom.The lower level is a walk-out with 2 bedrooms, a game room, laundry and bathroom.The back yard gently slopes to the lake where a private fire pit, small stone beach and boat dock await. Take the kayaks out for a morning paddle and enjoy the best of Maine.The property has 2 kayaks for your use between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Always wear life jackets when using. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
