No boats, trailers etc.Rules:A full list of House and HOA Rules are posted in the unit. It is your responsibility to review these upon arrival. Below is a summary of the main rules:- No pets (only owners can have pets per HOA rules)- No smoking- Minimum $200 fee if housekeeping finds any signs of pets or smoking.- NO PARTIES- No unapproved guests- Max 4 sleeping occupants; Max 6 people total, including guests and their visitors at any one time.- No booking on behalf of someone else.
