One king master suite with a private bath located on the first floor, two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a full over twin bunk and additional full bed that share a hallway bathroom. 2nd king master suit is located on the top level near the kitchen, dining room area and living room. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided. Guests may enjoy our street legal 6 passenger golf cart for an additional rental fee- The cart is registered with Surf City for free parking. Golf cart fee $425 Weekly rate. If staying less than 7 nights the fee is $60 per day. The house is dog friendly with a non-refundable $35 per day fee. 2 dogs max. No charge for the 2nd dog.
