While it is very private, with its own entrance, you can hear loud footsteps and muffled noises from the unit above, if it is occupied. They cannot hear you. However, it may not be a good fit for small children or light sleepers.**During the ski season, the apartment includes a ski-back trail (conditions permitting) and shuttle to and from Mt Snow (winter weekends and holiday).
