"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated right in the heart of the city and close to many local attractions. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view from the window. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. They were extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back!"

"A haven for my soul !!! I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine. If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. "KS mới mở nên mình cũng muốn tặng Review tốt cho bên mình, nhưng quả thực có nhiều thứ tốt lẫn nhiều thứ cần cải thiện, đặc biệt là khi ks hướng tới mức giá khá cao. - Ưu điểm: KS mới nên giường nệm còn sạch sẽ, phòng đủ mọi thứ cần thiết, nhiều ổ điện. Mình thích kiểu đặt lavabo ở ngoài phòng tắm - sạch sẽ hơn đặt bên trong. Nhân viên CỰC KỲ thân thiện và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Có xe đạp cho khách sử dụng miễn phí. Vị trí thì tùy nhu cầu mỗi người mà đánh giá xa hay gần, nhưng so với trung tâm thì cũng gọi là hơi xa. Bữa sáng có cả cafe pha máy, nước chanh dây cũng ngon. - Nhược điểm: KS dù mới nhưng cơ sở vật chất một số đã có dấu hiệu bất ổn: Cửa phòng tắm phòng mình không đóng lẫn khóa được. Có lẽ do tầng 5 nên nước khá yếu, vòi sen thì không rõ cách nào để kích hoạt khi toàn bộ cây sen chỉ có 1 núm xoay được và chỉ có 2 chế độ xả nước và tắm mưa. Phòng tắm khá nhỏ trong khi diện tích phòng vẫn còn rộng rãi, khay dầu gội lại gắn n*** chỗ đứng tắm, quay qua quay lại đụng hoài. Phòng thì có tới 3 cái gương và góc nằm từ giường thì lại nhìn thấy phòng tắm, mà cửa phòng tắm thì ko khóa được, để một lúc sẽ tự chạy ra...nếu không phải cặp đôi thì rất là kỳ. Các công tắc trong phòng sắp xếp rất lộn xộn, 4 công tắc cạnh nhau thì đèn trong phòng lại là 2 công tắc ở 2 đầu, 2 công tắc giữa thì có 1 cái dành cho phòng tắm mà mình vẫn không nhớ cái nào, lần nào cũng phải bật tắt thử cả 4 cái làm phiền người còn lại - cái này kỹ thuật nên điều chỉnh dây lại. 1 ổ điện đầu giường bên mình ko có điện nữa. Sọt rác trong phòng kiểu nắp đậy nên muốn mở phải dùng tay - mình thích kiểu đạp chân hơn. Điều hòa hoạt động ở mức ổn nhưng không lạnh sâu, mình chịu lạnh không tốt nhưng để 22 độ cả đêm không đắp chăn luôn - đối với ks mới mà đã như vậy rồi thì mình nghĩ không ổn. Wifi RẤT YẾU và nhân viên liên tục nói mình kết nối lại vì mỗi tầng một mesh riêng, nhưng mọi người đều làm và không hiệu quả, vấn đề vốn dĩ wifi chỉ có 1 vạch thì sao mà mạnh nổi. Phòng còn lại thì bạn mình thấy có dấu chân ở trên tủ quần áo(??). Ráng nghĩ là do ai nằm gác chân lên tới đó thôi chứ cũng hơi sợ. Thiết kế phòng bên kia thì ko rõ có ổn ko mà 1 bạn đá chân phải góc bàn chảy máu. Thời điểm mình đi là ks còn mới nhưng cảm nhận là thời gian nữa sẽ xuống cấp nhanh. Lúc đến ks mọi người háo hức ra tham quan hồ bơi thì thất vọng ko tắm luôn vì nhỏ quá, chỉ phù hợp cho trẻ em vui chơi, hồ thì ko có lọc thoát tràn nên cũng không đảm bảo sạch sẽ. Ngoài ra ks không có gì để ngoài lưu trú ra khách ở lại có thể sử dụng, muốn có khu vực ngồi tụ tập chill chill cũng không được - nên khai thác thêm tầng thượng như một số ks khác."

Overall, it’s still a well-rounded hotel offering good value, great breakfast, and excellent service — with just a minor area for improvement in the bedding."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering the quality and location. We booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and gave us plenty of room to relax. The bed was comfortable, and everything we needed was provided for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and if I have the opportunity to visit Huế again, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price!"

"Really enjoyed my stay at Hue Tho Homestay. The owner is very friendly. Location is fantastic— so close to the Imperial Citadel. Right on the Perfume River. Nice cafes nearby (I recommend visiting Sky Cafe). You can rent a bike at the homestay among other things. The room and washrooms were very clean"

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Check-in was very attentive, and we were welcomed with a nice handwritten letter that included both of our names, along with some fresh fruit to enjoy. We had a great buffet breakfast with a wide variety of cuisine, and everything was very good. My only negative was that the television was not really usable. The only English channels would not load properly, and when they did, they stopped and froze every 20–30 seconds. From what I could tell, the other channels were doing the same thing. Granted, we were not there to watch TV, but it would have been nice to be able to watch something when we wanted to. Overall, the trip was excellent, and the hotel is beautiful!"

What stood out most was the staff. They were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, whether it was with directions, transportation, or general questions about the area. Their warm hospitality really made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, Mondial Hotel Hue offers good value for money.
